2 Portions of Fries
0.5 Yellow Bell Pepper
0.5 Green Bell Pepper
0.5 Red Bell Pepper
0.5 Brown Onion
1 Spring Onion
0.5 Scotch Bonnet
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Crushed Pimento
Thinly slice the peppers, onion and spring onion. Chop the scotch bonnet as finely as possible.
Cook the fries and allow to drain.
In a large skillet or pan heat 2 tbsp of oil add in the brown onion slices and cook until translucent then add in the pepper slices and scotch bonnet and cook for 2/3 minutes. And in the remaining ingredients except for the spring onions. Stir well, do not overcook the spices. Not after a minute or two add in the fries and mix well. Serve up and garnish with spring onion slices, lick you’re lips and enjoy
