Hi Mike nice to see your birds and yiu again. The birds look wonderful. Hope ghe start of the race will be a good one. I miss racing and training days so much and watching your videos feels great. Thanks and give my love to family 😘😘😘😘
Looking good Mike, got a handful of Chuck's birds as well, in fact I have some half blood Trenton ybs in there and they fly great. You'll see the color runs deep, for instance out of a slate trenton and a full blood blue bar I got a silver chocolate bar and a full black baby. Anyway, I'm looking forward to breeding the full blood trentons this year and can't wait to see what you get out of them as well
Here in Australia you have to have the timing pad inside the loft , our birds must time in inside the the loft for it to be officially race over, what we used to do me and my father was cut a white piece of kitchen bench top that stayed in side of the bob wires, so every time they came threw the bobs they walked across a white square plate, then on race day we just replace the piece of kitchen bench top with the timing pad an they never knew the difference.( therefore they weren't spooked on race day )
You'll like those Trentons I have a bunch mine are Harry Elston, Otto Meyer, and Art Nemechek strain some thousand mile race winner blood I have some non pedigree yellows that I believe are Oshaben blood they sure look like the Oshaben birds
@@Rocky.Ridge.Pigeons not yet I just got back into birds but the guy I got them from he races them and does well out in Kansas I've just been training mine will race them in the spring
Do you have mink of weasel in your area? They might be able to squeeze though the chain link and get your birds they like to kill them and stack them in a pile and keep killing more might want to put smaller wire around it and on the ground so they cannot dig under it and get in
@@Rocky.Ridge.Pigeons no problem I've just seen it happen to people's birds here locally in Utah and it's ugly I'd hate to see it happen to you they are nasty little vermin
I'm breeding two pairs of Trentons right now and should have some young ones soon. If you're interested in getting some of these birds, please contact me at rockyridge0725@gmail.com. I'd be happy to help you out

Hey Mike, do you know if any of Mikes birds you lost went back home to their old loft?
I think they would have told me so no they didn't make it back or they just kept them!
