Amherst, NY Police Criminals of New York along with MJ Peterson Real Estate Corporation

I hope MJ Peterson is contributing generously to the Amherst Police benevolent association. They should be.
I am 69 and have lived at Pepper Tree Heights senior and disabled housing for almost 19 years. I had never been arrested before 5/22/23 when a tenant lied to the Amherst, NY Police and told them he saw me leave a nasty note at his door down the hall from my apartment door.
Amherst, NY PD arrested me for a violation on the word of the person down the hall from me who now has around 100 welfare requests since then. I was never even read any rights and was put in jail overnight. The accuser has a history of mental welfare calls with the Amherst, NY police for years so he should have had no credibility at all. There is no question in my mind at all that this was a case of the Amherst police making me a target for their neighbor MJ Peterson.
I was under a order of protection for over 4 months.
The chief of the Amherst, NY Police denied there was any police body cam video from my arrest. I don't believe that for one second. The officers would not step foot in this building to take someone into custody without their cameras on. They have full knowledge of the mentally ill tenants in the building. Now i know why the chief said there wasn't any body cam video, because the police lied on the police report as usual.
The violations case lasted over 4 months until it got dismissed. The speedy trial law for violation cases is 30 days but when you are poor your rights are completely ignored because they know the assigned lawyers are useless.
It took 54 days until the police report was released.
The Amherst PD and their now FBI arrested detective Gregory Trotter did no investigation at all. They refused to accept evidence i offered them and they completely ignored my request for MJ Peterson security camera video that would have proved the tenant lied to them which a claimant finally conceded. MJ Peterson also ignored my multiple requests for the video. The police continuously harassed me and eventually started calling the welfare calls malicious. In other words like someone else was making them and not the person they were directed at. That is complete BS. I have video of them at my door asking me if i knew anything about it.
The police started dispatching the calls for him by the last 3 numbers of the complaint number so they didn't have to give any details. They knew i was listening or i had access to the calls that were being recorded.
MJ Peterson after trying to evict me for what they defined as past problems with the mentally ill tenant and physically assaulting him gave up on that lie and changed their tactic to me harassing him by doing my own investigation to expose the corruption. They are recruiting anyone in the Pepper Tree Heights building that will say anything against me. For the record i never had any issues with the main accuser and we always had good conversations. My direct neighbors helped me tremendously during my order of protection but another tenant who was asked to help me ended up taking advantage of me. One of my direct neighbors did turn on me after they did not like where my investigation took me.
BREAKING NEWS: I don't need to document anymore welfare calls for my accuser because the other claimant involved with him admitted in court that they made a mistake in accusing me of leaving the notes and she had apologized to me. Thank You very much. That means my attention is now on the Amherst. NY police and MJ Peterson. The only reason I posted what I did was to try and expose the obvious corruption, not to harass anyone.
I will bet dollars to donuts (get it) the cops are not interested in pressing charges for him making a false statement on the police form. It is just a big "mistake" that caused me over a year of pain and suffering and now I am facing eviction. Eyewitness statements are not made by mistake. Is it is a mistake that you stated that you saw someone leave a note.
