- I'm going to show you how to make Cheddar Rosemary Soda Bread just in time for St. Patrick's Day! Soda bread uses baking soda instead of yeast to make the bread rise. The addition of cheddar and rosemary not only brings in the colors from the Irish flag but also makes this a delicious carb to have with that pint of Guinness!

Haha, this is true! I'll be featuring the craft later. I figured out what I did wrong, but honestly you're right and not because it's been a while since I've had some home made bread. It came together really easy too!
