Well... you could see that the mom tried to take distance, she didn't want he touch her baby but for any reason, didn't say it. So yes, he is a kind of superhero for her

I think that some other videos have more not their place here than this one
A normal person does not continue to harass a mother with her baby after being told to stop. This man clearly had bad intentions, so the man telling him to stop and leave, getting between them, _is_ a hero for stopping a potential child abduction.
I think this is more of a 'luckiest people on the planet' video than anything else.

5:14 FYI- When people on vacation, in a small town, do things they're not supposed to do & need to be rescued, the funds to do so often come from limited resources & the rescuers are often volunteers.
That can mean danger for local residents who then can't get the help they need bc there's no money/resources for it & it endangers the people who come to whatever dangerous situation the tourists felt was so important to visit against local laws...or down the cliff where their car landed & leaked fluids everywhere...or wherever.
If you ever wonder why some small town people are not thrilled with tourists, it may be bc a loved one on the rescue squad got injured or killed trying to assist someone who should've known better...."but I'm on vacation. I should be able to do what I want! We're just trying to have a good time!"
