This was my first time driving a CVT and I don't see what the griping is, I loved it. I still wouldn't choose a CVT though just because of the poor long-term reliability.

I just picked up a used 45k miles for $12,500 after everything 😊 Not sure which car I like more my Mazda 6 or my Altima. Most comfortable car I have driven though.

For some reason, unknown to the insurance company, Nissans are a little more expensive to insure, I assume it's the transmission problems people complain about. But if you lease jt, it shouldn't be a problem. As for the Honda Accord, Honda in general, people steal parts off of it, such as rims. They are both nice, but to determine which one you need to consider your purchase method and parking situation.

Man this car is cool in all but in my 8th Month my Transmission went bad. So if you guys out there going for Nissan be careful because there known for bad Transmission on them just saying my Altima in the Shop right now.

You either have a 2015 2.5 model Or you have an 2016 S model For 2016 the S model does not have remote start( optional or standard) remote start is SV trim level an up If you have a request switch on your door handle ( as this one does) you have an S model If there is no request switch to open door on the door handle or trunk you have a 2.5 model
can you use sirius xm through the nissan connect / apps feature? since there is a sirius xm app on my phone? or do you have to upgrade to a model that actually supports satellite to use sirius xm?
+Nuno Gloop it will not work through Nissan connect apps, however you can stream the audio from you smart phone app through Bluetooth and control basic functions through the car However if you want it natively on the car with a Bluetooth connection you will have to at least an SV trim level
+NissanWalkthrough Nissan should upgrade, and update Nissan Connect. It's ridiculous having apps like Facebook, TripAdvisor, Twitter in base models that doesn't have complete tech package. Seriously, what can owners do with those dumb apps in a car?

I want to say go for hertz rental sales and make sure it's certified I bought my maxima through hertz for 14,500 when everywhere else sold them for 20k plus a couple years back steal of a price. The altima s 2016 is going for like 12k. Didn't have a problem, I don't see why people would throw money at a dealership when theres deals like this...
Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT). Basically the car has 1 speed and mimics traditional engines when the RPM’s go up. You really gotta drive it to know what I mean. It can be a deal breaker for some though.
decatur made I paid $500 for mine. And it's covered alongside the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. It's a Compustar model. I don't suggest buying the Nissan remote starters because their range is very limited.

I own one exactly like this one and I absolutely love it, its very comfortable and spacious.
I test drove one today....nice car. The plastic wheelcovers are the only negative; the catalog shows accessory rims are available through Nissan.
