Yo absolutely love this content, I own a brand along with my brother that does 250k in rev and the email sign ups are not connected right, only around 10% of people who sign up are actually getting emails along with campaigns. Id love to book a call with you and talk about further setting this up right and maybe hiring your agency to just handle it for us. Thanks!

Package insert/thank you note...how to optimize that for getting the highest repurchase rate....my package insert has too many elements/CTAs (thank you, brand mission, cross sell, monthly giveaway for UGC photos/videos, access to digital bonuses), seems like it's too much crammed into 1 thank you note
Interesting. I don't have too much experience with package inserts so that's a bit out of my wheel house. For email we keep things to one main message PER piece of content. I'm sure a similar philosophy applies to inserts.

I suggest you use Klaviyo pop-up form.. it's better to have it managed in Klaviyo. Does this help?

Hello Max, I use Yotpo for SMS and Klaviyo for email marking. Should I use the same company for both?
