Advocate Firdaus's argument is valid that the issue of emergency must be openly addressed so that everyone should understand what was the reason of imposing emergency. In fact, a judgement of Allahabad HC pertaining to intelligence agencies being used by Indira Gandhi led the opposition leaders mainly JP, Morarrji Desai etc to create unrurly atmosphere of in the country. The full story must be opened again to make people aware of the real causes of imposing emergency under constitutional arrangements.
