Am in UK as a nurse going into my 3rd year, am coming on 482 regardless cos know i will have PR after a year and my colleagues in UK will be waiting another year after that or anyway at the end of the five years duration wherever we are we will have PR and citizenship within 4yrs but i get to experience :
    1.Good weather
    2. Good pay than UK ( i have a contract that says so)
3.Eligibility for PR after a year and counting towards citizenship from day
    one
4.Better working experiences and 8hrly shifts (dying from 12hrly😢 )
    4. Many holiday destinations within the country.
With God's protection, looking after yourself well and a good pay you can do wonders... My UK nurses i think all this depends on how close you are to the ILR tho so do your research well but me am infact am gone 😂

I’d say even though you are on 482visa, it’s still beneficial to come to Australia on it. As another person mentioned already, if you are on 482 you have high chance to get PR in a few years. Also, I found PR or citizens people are paying private insurance on top of Medicare even though they have Medicare.

Very good and ipmortant detailed video👌.
Nurse Deo, my friend's 186 DE nomination application has been approved 3 weeks ago, but he wants to apply for his 186 DE visa in December, because he wants to do surgery in uk in December this year, that is why he is delaying his visa application.
Now his employer has asked him whether he has started his visa application since 3 weeks ago they sent him his 186 DE nomination application approval letter.
He is scared that his employer may write to DHA to withdraw his nomination if he did not apply as soon as possible or did not apply in November next month, though, the nomination letter says you have to apply within 6 months you receive your nomination approval letter, after 6 months you received your nomination approval letter, you cannot use the nomination to apply for your visa again.
He is asking whether his nomination will be withrawn by his employer, if he fails to apply his 186 DE visa in November next month or as soon as possible?.
    Thank you.

482 visa benefits outweigh it disadvantage. With 482 you are close to 186 visa. It better than Uk where you spend 5 years before you can have your Indefinite leave.
A Uk nurse without indifinite leave will pay £75 per day for childcare and one will continue to pay this money for five years despite the poor pay while working n Australia the salary is good and u gonna pay Child care $140 for two years only before having PR. To me 482 is a goldmine. Everyone can’t have assess to 186. I came to Australia with 482 and I never regretted I did as it better than Uk for me.

Today you are misleading people but anyway,if people sit and wait for someone else to research for them this is what happens.Go to Australia on 482 and explore other options like 189,190 etc while onshore warning better.5 yrs wait in the uk to pay an arm and a leg for ILR that might be denied? All those centrelink bla bla are income based and getting them with RN salary is next to impossible.private medical insurance is affordable and no abuse by employers because you can leave and get 1 year to look for new jo!

I think this is a pure misinformation which I feel is very wrong. For no reason should you come online preventing people from optimising opportunities.
One can go in with 482 and apply for PR with a year experience in AUS which automatically raises your score.
Please I advise against this video. There is also what is called reciprocal health agreement of which you can have access to Medicare.
I know of a lot who have relocated via 482 visa and have secured PR. Its benefits outweighs the drawbacks
