This house is not designed for young families. I can't imagine sleeping in one level and my babe and little kid in other. The decor of this house is gorgeous.

The problem with living in a place like that is your neighbours will always park the cars in the drive way outfront of their homes blocking the way of others from getting into their homes because they don't think about other people cozying arguements and fighting
That problem can be addressed during a homeowners meeting or a simple HOA pamphlet explaining the house rules and regulations. Enforce the rule by imposing fines on violators. The security guard can help by seeing to it that everybody is being a good neighbor 👌… and not a pain in the you know what...

Most of the others are just related to some crooked oligarch family who continue to keep stealing money from the Philippine government. 4) There are NO jobs available where people can make the equivalent of $100,000 dollars per year (yearly income) legally unless they are connected. 5) The Philippines is overrated with overwhelming overpopulated cities. Most industries and jobs are located in Cities not out in the country or rural provinces. 6) Traffic is a major issue and public transportation is also a major issue to get to and from work.
