The best looking is redmi the best quality for the price is redmi and the best one of them is realme . But for me the screen from samsung is better the ram management is better the difference of software is is quite the same the software is better the cameras if very good but xiaomi is very food too the battery is much more better so for me samsung is much better because not the back of the phone will make me feel the price the screen it self does
If you are a hardcore user then go for note 9 pro because it has SD720g which is really fast compared to 9611 which comes with m21 . And if you are a normal user then go with m21 . It won't disappoint you . The camera ,display and battery is amazing in the price range.
