Just a tip (no pun intended), when you are using a ziploc bag as a piping bag, don’t zip it up all the way. Leave a small bit open. That way it’s less likely to pop open and sploodge frosting everywhere.

My favorite frostings are Italian buttercream (made with egg white merengue) and French buttercream (with egg yolks). They're so light and fluffy and not too sweet. Add some vanilla bean in there and Ugh 🤤 😚👌

One evening I'd been pretty sick and just not feeling well while at work and ended up just buying a frozen pizza from the convenient store I worked at and was just so tired when I got home.
