It wasn't a complete loop but I notice that Zenith has a bottom winger plane kit, if you wanted to do that sort of thing. What I like about this plane is that it just seems effortlessly maneuverable. It must be more about this airframe more than the engine. But it sure seems to jump up in the air as well. I sure would like to have this one and their bottom winger. I checked it. Zodiac CH 650.
The ultimate G load for this aircraft is +6G -3G, so avoyd aerobatics...and aluminium as a bad cyclic flex resistance= can cause cracks and brutal rupture...
In the 50s and 60s, I flew Chipmunks stressed plus 6 minus 3 and we were taught and routinely carried out all manner I’d aerobatics - facilitated precisely by those inbuilt stress limits. This was taught and examined my RAF instructors while in an RAF squadron that, at that time had 5 of those units. It was great fun, pulling out of dives after spinning down, doing flick rolls, barrel rolls, hesitation rolls and all the rest. Am I missing something?
Hi, do you know the real VA & VNO speeds of Zenith 701? it seems, In Zenith the final of the arc green is the VA, but all planes have a final of the green arc like VNO...Do you know about it?Thanks a lot
actually acrobatic flying in ppl or sale are allowed as long as you an your plane hold mountain (back country)certificate as some acrobatic menouvers are applied especially for off airport bush planes
@@leneanderthalien , normal catagory would be about half of that. I suppose someone who knows what they're doing could do a mild aileron roll without exceeding 1.3 G, and a sloppy E shaped loop without exceeding 1.5 G. However, a symmetrical loop would probably require about a 2 G pull up, and a 2 G recovery. It's abrupt maneuvers that cause structural failures.
This seems like the perfect little airplane to have. I think the Sky Jeep is an appropriate nickname.
Very good video clip and the music, The color scheme of the aircraft is v much similar to my zenair ch 701, VT-USQ
Left tire looks a little low, but that full blouse makes up for it. :)
Nice video.

I'm glad this video has some decent music rather than most of the irritating trash sounds you hear on youtube.

@DeniskaFromRussia Buy a built one. In your counrty it cost less than a compact car.
Nice footage and choice of soundtrack,.....others should 'take a hint',...music that compliments the video...
Ron Burgundy on the flute, playing "Aqualung." Don't act like you're not impressed.
Seems easy to fly. Would be a good trainer i think but i haven't flown it yet

What version is this song? , because i have the original one but it is much shorter, seems to be an extended one.
If I am correct Aerobatic are forbidden in this aircraft...

did she ever fly with you again ?
isto e em Portugal mas em que zona?
Nao é em Portugal, pelo menos a matrícula nao é Portuguesa
I wonder what the G load, positive and negative, this plane is rated for?
+6G -3G ultimate= non allowed for aerobatics

what about engine ?
The tail just doesn't look right on that aircraft. Wish they would make it just a little larger.
I wanna learn to fly, and then build a plane a little smaller than this one.
@2:03 : Gewoon de weg volgen, dan 4e straat links...
@ARaviators isn cheap .........
that does not look like a complete loop
@ARaviators 70000 australian dollars
the music sucked, lol, but I've heard worse!
Why not talk about the plane instead of playing that stupid music.
