I am reporting this channel for poor treatment of the birds. Very horrible and small cage and the handling by this person is unacceptable . Awful... BAHOT BEKAAR.. shame on you. the bird was literally choking

Just got my tiel today. He is a 4 month lutino. I noticed his tail doesn't have grey marks or lines. I conclude it's a male, am i correct?😃
