Yew trees are amazing. Here in Spain you can find some in various montainous areas. Here, near Barcelona, in the mountain of Montserrat there are wild yew trees around the rocks of that magic mountain.
I have always loved this wounderful tree that is represented is in the coat of arms of my province, Guipúzcoa.
    Many thanks for the video.

I had a dream of approaching a yew tree and climbing it upside down. I had to cross a river of blood to get to it, which weirdly wasn’t scary but kind of uplifting. I live on the desert plains of the southwest in the states, and to my knowledge I’ve never even laid eyes on a yew tree, so i thought it all strange. I climbed down thrown the ground to the heart and bones of the land. Very uncanny

This is a very good information I'm really glad I ran across this video. I actually knew a person who was actually cured of Hepatitus using the Yew tree bark. Unfortunately he wasn't very specific about how much he actually took and for how long but I have other friends that have problems with their liver so if anyone out there has any accurate information I would greatly appreciate it as it is exxtremely difficult to get information.

i had a dream last night of some people that showed me they had planted some yew trees next to their house. they took me to the side of the house and showed me they had a plastic kiddy pool thats like 2 meters across and it had sand in it and maybe 6 yew trees were in there. i told them that i heard you are not supposed to plant a yew tree next to your house and they said naw its ok and i wanted one. then my neighbor woke me up. i layed in bed and thought were am i going to find a yew tree in texas. i have already been studying ley lines and dowsing rods and read articles about yew trees on ley lines. so i asked my dowsing rods to show me where i should plant 2 yew trees and it took me to 2 spots that have a bunch of lines that cross. 1 of the spots is supposed to be an unmarked grave. so now theres 2 taxus baccata being delivered. we will see what happens. i live in texas so a yew tree is not normal

Symbolism or animistic or transcendent energies aside, yew is extremely toxic. All parts of the plant besides the flesh of the berries contain taxol, which is lethal in extremely small doses, and it more or less does not decompose and does not have to be taken internally to be noxious. Planting it adjacent to your domicile is probably an unhealthy action.

Birds eat fruit. Maybe what the depiction means is that shamans behave like birds and eat the yew fruit in a ritualistic manner.

While I am in awe of the qualities of the Yew, I have no idea how the pseudo-linguistic connections are relevant. I have eaten from it while snow laden. Have also visited the Fortingall Tree.
