- Mirabilandia describes iSpeed as the number 1 roller coaster in Europe. I might argue with that claim a little, but it sure is a fine ride - Experience iSpeed in the front row and see what you think! Video also includes off-ride footage.

That first heart line roll looks so much fun
This coaster is like a mix between Stormrunner and Maverick! It has the launch into a top hat like Stormrunner, but a much longer and more detailed layout like Maverick. I’m in the US so sadly we don’t have any Intamin coasters that are like this. That just means I have to take a trip to Italy to experience this masterpiece!
It's funny that for some rides you have to go to USA to enjoy the best, and yet for others all the best versions are in Europe. This one is pretty cool though!

+rct3LP It is indeed pretty intense...lots of tight turns but was really fun. I spent the last hour of my visit there just riding this.

No, I went a few years back and only had my camera but I bought the on-ride cam POV of me getting shook every which way, quite amusing ! :-)

+252Scooby It's not a Mega-Lite (which are more compact) - it's classed as a Blitz coaster, there of six of them listed on RCDB.
Definitely not the #1 in Europe, but it is a damn good ride.

I have only ridden two of those...but iSpeed and Taiga are both very good.
Sorry I can't really tell from this but does this have the newer I305 style harnesses or the old ones?
Sorry - I can't recall the type of harness and am not familiar with the two different types - all I can remember was that it was a great coaster!

I believe that it's the hard restraints (aka the ones you'd find on Desert Race or on the Hershey park Intamins until recently)

how far away is this from Venice and how far is it from Florence?
Google maps will be able to tell you that - I believe its around 90 miles from both cities

No idea - we were in a tour bus - I guess a drive is around 1.5 to 2 hours...not sure of train options.

iSpeed laughs at your autofocus.
it does indeed...the pivothead sunglasses are good but the focus on them is not as responsive as the gopro or a proper camcorder.
+Docktor Jim It's still pretty good for a pair of sunglasses though...the challenge is that the track on iSpeed changes direction all the time so it doesn't stay in view long enough to focus on it!
I was not, in any way, criticizing your videography skills. That coaster is just ridiculously intense. I'd love to ride it.
