I dunno about everyone else, but over here in Melbourne, Oz - the humble trotter might very well be one of tastiest yet cheap offcuts remaining for foodies. To give you an idea with something else - ox tongue - paid $20 Aussie for one and that's actually a good price. Trotters are about $3.00 each.
