Haha, you caught me! I recorded this Sunday afternoon. This banning is so odd because of it coming out of nowhere after a hands off approach for so long. As well as being so narrow in scope. Leaving Sol Ring/Other Fast Mana and not banning Thoracle is a head scratcher to me...
I use TCGPlayer low for pricing. Most of the prices I pull from the Manabox app that I use to track my cards and decks. This app updates pricing every 3-6 hours.
You are right, there is a bonus card. Likely one of the extended art elves in foil but there is a chance for some other options. Maybe a relentless rats version. Hmmm. Maybe I'll open it up to check.
This was sold as a Secret Lair and will be at MagicCon:Vegas. They'll likely be available at the next few MagicCon's with an associated secret lair as well.
Its really tough to know for a few reasons. There are almost 1500 cards in the set and prices are really in flux due to people slowly receiving them from their Secret Lair shipments.
Congrats on your box. Unfortunately I bought one that is on it's way. After this last ban, I will no longer be buying card in the future. I just got back in buying since 1999 and bought nothing but commander masters for 4 months and got hosed due to the ban. Luckily I have a beta black lotus and several top cards to help with my retirement but damn. Lost some money but this was a wake up call that lottery tickets are more reliable.
That sucks. I'm similar in that I returned to playing a few years ago after not playing since ~2003. I suppose there is hope for a cEDH rules split where these fast mana pieces may be legal again but even that seems like a long shot.
@GlassEater420 I don't expect them to unban Jeweled Lotus, a card they have admitted is a mistake. Maybe Mana Crypt but I doubt that one too just from an optics point of view. Either way, an increase in price to those and other currently banned items is pure speculation. Highly recommended to sell into the hype.

I love opening these mystery boxes. I get to see old cards that make me nostalgic and a bunch of cool things from the years I wasn't playing.
I just pulled 3 foils from one box. Rain of Daggers, Mirri's Guile and Brainstorm. I'm based in the UK. Not sure if we got a different printing

Very much a head scratcher. Though there’s a sol ring in every precon, I’d assume that’s the reason Sol Eings aren’t banned?

Is there no random "rare" in the little legends pack like other secret lairs? I know there's been staticly a green card... Can't recall which.
