At first I was annoyed that Nia's chair shots looked so weak, but when I remembered how she used to hurt people, I accepted it and was just glad she tried to not hurt anyone
Yes probably what it is and was not to mention this match probably was not all that serious to them so no need to hurt anybody and it was all over the place they were all confused because of that too so who knows
The irony that one of WWE's most unsafe wrestlers was being WAY to safe not just with chairs but with clotheslines and punches ....just sticks out all the more when that happens 🤯
It's easy enough for someone on the sidelines to say that, but if you're in that position and dependent on a move being done a certain way, then that move is done somehow different, potentially compromising a safe landing, I'm not certain I would have let go. From that position it would have been very easy for the bump to have gone badly, and the last thing anyone would want for her to get the same sort of injury that put out Big E or Tyson kid.
both Iyo and Candice are short, for a sunset flip bomb you have to have your feet grounded in order to execute the move safely and have the wrestler taking it land properly. If Candice would've let go, all that force Iyo came down with could've overshot the powerbomb and at that point no one would have control on how she landed. She could have well landed on her head or neck. It was quick thinking from Candice who's a vet. I saw it live and it did not look good from the set up I understood why they didn't execute it
I think the issue is that Candace is so small so you can't grab her where you normally would have to without some adjusting, that and/or she was just slightly a bit too high on the fence so that Iyo couldn't grab her correctly. Obviously that botch looked really bad because it was so obvious that the planned move didn't happen, but considering that it was unsafe for Candace to let go without Iyo having a good grip on her I don't blame them much for that botch, luckily they just kept going and did something else, instead of try to redo it, which we have seen happen before which just makes it worse.
This video is saying his injury was real. When in fact I read an interview earlier that said he was doing a sell being injured to stay out of the end of the match.
I notice women's matches are way too spot heavy and they are prone to botches because of it. They should be given more free reign for improvisation like the old days. Jimmy could probably work through it tbh (if he’s allowed).

@@eliousley220 Wrestling fans are the worst fucking fans to cater to i swear to god, Rhea is on fire, Wrestling fans dont deserve alot of the things we get. Who tf else are they spost to super push, who else is that on fire?
