The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same but it seems you’ve got it all worked out with the firm you work with so i surely wouldn’t mind a recommendation.
I live in Berlin Germany and here almost every one I know they are working more than 50% (if not 100%) from home. I know companies with leased spaces of more than 1000 sqm that only 10 people show up per day.
Not a surprise as people are working from home and this is important to boost building of families and fertility rates although maybe couples do find one another in offices too but I am not sure how that balances out working from home and freedom to go out and meet others or meeting others through a work place. Anyway a lot of companies now have workers spread all over the country and some of the workers even moved to rural areas so how are you going to fix that? No idea but some companies will be aggressive like Amazon and others less so if the benefits the company. The only other factor is a decision from the top, announcements from Biden asking companies to roll back work at home polices which could happen but has not yet.
Why do i care you invested in office building? Capitalism! Sell it. Go bankrupt. Capitalism! Adapt to change. Capitalism! Take personal responsibility. etc etc
@@Cosmo1093 great question. If your growing a business and not just settling you need to go out and get it. You don’t grow a business by watching ticktock and Netflix at home while “working”. Your gonna get passed up. It’s all in the hustle. Not everyone has aspirations I guess.
@@kevinmanzo862 It's a good thing you can measure "hustle" in the form of work output. Who cares where people work from as long as work is measurably being completed? The theory that people work harder in an office with middle-managers looking over their shoulders has already been disproven countless times.
Real estate investors losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.

It's about time for those commercial real estate properties to fall on their heads about 100 times a day 🤒🤕😵💫
abrdn say their focus is on UK commercial property and the Far East in a time of rising rates - genius!
Rosie has been wrong on just about everything the last couple of years.
Downtown SF is already Cat 5
Sternlicht is massively underwater, needs rate cuts before he has to renew his loans. He goes on CNBC every months and cries for rate cuts
