Two years ago I traveled to Asmara from USA using Ethiopian Airlines and my luggage was delayed for 8 days. Due to Ethiopian Airlines, my vacation was ruined.
It is difficult to think obout copertion in this region particular with country like Ethiopia. Our police should be to give our back to Ethiopia and look to the east.
Hayeleselase was foolish he declared the sea and the land of Eritrea not the people. How was feeling the General Aman Andome and other some Eritrean genera they were work for Ethiopia. Aman was loved and respected by people So I guss it is time to see and refer the policy regards this country. We are sick and tired. Ordiner people of both country no problem.

Younger generation of Eritreans see Ethiopia just like Kenya, Uganda, etc they don't see closer relationship as your generation see it. We have never had a mutually beneficial close relationship that's just wishful thinking of our leaders who believed in saving neighbours but we have zero interest in Ethiopia apart from our own security as they are satellite state of the west and i don't think we can convince them to be independent and self reliant, it's not in their history (they have always been dependent in modern history of over 100 years).
Somaliland is supposed to have a share in Ethiopian airlines. The Eritrean government was quick enough to damage the Ethiopian airlines image to make unattractive to Somaliland. But, the airline has a good record of business conduct. It is interesting to observe its shabi who complains about the airline on behalf Eritrean customer. It is funny also to notice an oppressive government becoming concerned about Eritrean customers who are using the Ethiopian airline. The damage is done on Eritrean government not on Ethiopian airlines because the Eritrean government can confiscate assets of any company that operates in Eritrea. Eritrea is not a viable partner for business. The Ethiopian airlines experience in Eritrea is a prove of the rouge regime’ conduct when it comes business operation in Eritrea
Don't look for the problem any where else but at your corrupt EAL management and Addis Airport personnels.. 1 luggages were not travelling with the owners not once, not twice but taken as a normal mode of opperation to Asmara: addmitted by the CEO albeit with lame excuses.. 2 tearing apart and stealing from the luggages separated from their owners: tacitly admitted by the CEO 3 Abusing elderly Eritrean passangers in transit by rougue Airport personnel at Addis : holding their passports until they pay bribes 4 confiscating thousands of dollars from Eritrean passangers enroute to Asmara when none of them stepped out venturing into the city Addis Ababa..These is all documented ..now theives and corrupt personnels rarely change their behavior, so slowlly they are going to steal the ferenjis luggages..by the way all the complaints were beiing addressed and aired way before your dream of " owning a sea-port by force from Eritrea or Somalia" to your detriment..aqmachihun atawqum

Somaliland is supposed to have a share in Ethiopian airlines. The Eritrean government was quick enough to damage the Ethiopian airlines image to make unattractive to Somaliland. But, the airline has a good record of business conduct. It is interesting to observe its shabi who complains about the airline on behalf Eritrean customer. It is funny also to notice an oppressive government becoming concerned about Eritrean customers who are using the Ethiopian airline. The damage is done on Eritrean government not on Ethiopian airlines because the Eritrean government can confiscate assets of any company that operates in Eritrea. Eritrea is not a viable partner for business. The Ethiopian airlines experience in Eritrea is a prove of the rouge regime’ conduct when it comes business operation in Eritrea
Don't look for the problem any where else but at your corrupt EAL management and Addis Airport personnels.. 1 luggages were not travelling with the owners not once, not twice but taken as a normal mode of opperation to Asmara: addmitted by the CEO albeit with lame excuses.. 2 tearing apart and stealing from the luggages separated from their owners: tacitly admitted by the CEO 3 Abusing elderly Eritrean passangers in transit by rougue Airport personnel at Addis : holding their passports until they pay bribes 4 confiscating thousands of dollars from Eritrean passangers enroute to Asmara when none of them stepped out venturing into the city Addis Ababa..These is all documented ..now theives and corrupt personnels rarely change their behavior, so slowlly they are going to steal the ferenjis luggages..by the way all the complaints were beiing addressed and aired way before your dream of " owning a sea-port by force from Eritrea or Somalia" to your detriment..aqmachihun atawqum

Nothing to the camel,there are emirates,fly dubai,turkey air,Egypt air,Saudi,klm, Lufthansa,,, ,so many flights r available to and from asmara,Europe USA...but the airline have to pay the airspace that uses for the last 6 years whn abiy comes to power.we ll c how the eth airline handle this issue.
