I'm currently a beta mlsa, my quaterly requirements are not met.
And i have recently ordered my beta swag kit and which is not yet delivered due to out of stock.
So my question is, if dont met reqrmts and lose the tag do i still get tha delivery ?

i uploaded few screenshots and meet recording in a google drive and pasted that link there. I hope thats fine?theres just 5 days left for quaterly requirements, i hope it gets approved before that.
make sure the access is given to view it, to avoid rejection.
Also, next time onwards, use OneDrive of studentambassadors account itself and give the access as - anyone with link can view.
If you are unsure about the access, simply paste the new link in SA Coordinator team's chat.
Hi, i organised cloud skills challenge, it got finished on 21st june, then i got the event approved and today i also submitted the event incentive form. So, now do i need to do the quarterly requirements thing too? Also, I had one more doubt regarding event certificates for those who completed my challenge, how is that made and send? Kindly reply to both. Thanks a ton for helping us.
1.) Ask SA coordinator via team's chat, are 500 net new modules completed in this quarter, if the answer is yes, you are all done from your side, else host a small session of 40 around minutes.

after hosting the webinar, what should i submit in the 'Event URL' column of the event submission form?
The webinar registration page or simply any post where you shared the link to join the session, or the Event Link itself by which we can join the session!
@@MissMeerali How will they verify how many participants attended the webinar then? do i have to submit any webinar recordings? Also, i did not make any registration page, just sent my participants a link to join the teams meeting at the scheduled time. what do. u suggest that i submit?

If you have already met the quarterly requirements, then it is not for you!
This is for one who started mlsa or the one who selected as mlsa like alpha...
This is for all MLSA.
If you onboarded on or after April 17, 2024, any pathway activities you completed in Discord during the month of April will count towards your quarterly pathway or milestone activities within the Ambassador program.
What if I onboarded on October 2023 and I’m a beta mlsa
Then you need to be active, if you want the tag of MLSA!

@@MissMeerali thanks! Can you please also clarify that if someone opens more than 1 website link, let's assume someone opens 2 website links with my contributor id so will it be considered one unique link or 2?
@@syedaffan3099 They have not clarified the defination of preferred visitors so no one knows about the count!
Earlier for unique visitor it will be 2, if both links are different.

Yes!, but currently the forms are closed, because the platform is going under some changes!

@@viditgupta2938 It will get less time for participants to complete required modules, still once it ends, ask SA coordinator via chat for a confirmation, that will it get counted for the quarterly requirements?! If the answer is yes, well and good, else host a small session!:)

I just completed my students technical training challenge, so do I have to complete pathway programs like visitors in community influencer etc within july 1?and what if I don't do it within that time?( I'm not MLSA, i want to be)
Yes, you need to complete any 1 path. Your progress will get added till you reach the goal.

Yes, till 30th!
I said, 20th so that they also get sufficient time to review your event and you can safely get it approved before 30th!

The host event link that you provided in the description requires access. I requested access 2 days ago but didn't get access so can you make the link public?
You need to login via studentambassadors mail account to view it!
@@MissMeerali It showed after I logged in with my student ambassador's mail account so I searched handbook and saw that there's no option to host an event like you did in the video. Is it different in different countries?
@@PoojaKaswan-e5s That sharepoint link is for reference... to select topic and for any other queries... just for the information.
To host it, you have to use Microsoft Teams itself.
