INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Gram Flour
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Ghee
Mix Well
Keep For 15 Min.
Sieve
3 Tbsp Ghee
Gram Flour
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 8-10 Min.
½ Cup Malai/ Milk Cream
Roast In Low Flame
Add 1-2 Tbsp Ghee (If Needed)
Roast For 8-10 Min.
Keep Aside
Making Sugar Syrup:
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Water
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Let It Boil
Cook Until 1 String Consistency
Add Sugar Syrup
Mix Well
Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
Pour
Spread Well
Spread Nuts
Set For 5-6 Hours In Room Temperature
