How is this super rare because it featured Richard Leek? He was a TV commentator and PA announcer for the TNT shows since the points series began in 1988.

Apparently, this is the 2nd show of Long Island,Ny 1989. There were 4 shows that weekend.
Show 1 was won by USA-1 (Rod Litzau)
Show 2 was won by Bigfoot (Andy Brass)
Show 3 was won by Mad Dog (Jon Breen)
Show 4 was won by Carolina Crusher (Gary Porter)
Show 4 was posted by Turn Of The Century Motorsports back in 2020.
