That all depends on your location what size you make based on how many servings are needed and cost of goods. I don't make cakes for profit, I make them for my channel but if I was to put an estimate on this cake, which is a 9×13" double layer, with about a 5" bowl cake on top, it would easily be $175-200🇨🇦. Hey love this, I’m trying to may a similar one, did you use the cake level to cut the cake in half or just the ends? How did you make the basketball is the bottom flat and how did you set it on the jersey cake?
I used the leveled to cut my cake into two layers then I cut the sides using a long serrated knife. The basketball is flat on the bottom. It was first baked in an oven safe bowl, cooled and leveled on the bottom, then carved, frosted and decorated and placed onto the cake once the cake was fully decorated. I did it just like you would do a tiered cake, but without supports
I made it! I had the mom send me a picture of her daughter's jersey laying flat on a bed then I blew the picture up and traced it right off my computer screen. It worked out perfectly 😀
That would be a grease proof cake board and I used two batches of cake mix baked in a 9"×13" pan. One batch of my cake mix is enough for 3×6" cakes or 2×8" cakes... or two box mixes will do.
This cake was a quarter slab cake, 9"×13" and I used a small metal bowl for the basketball but you could make that from rice crispy treats if you wanted to 😉
I start with a bright pink, then I add a good bit of no taste red. Once I get that a bit darker I add a tiny little bit of purple, let it develop for an hour or so and voila!

I believe you should be able to. You could even make a cake pop mixture and mold it in a bowl then cover that. Hope this is helpful!

Nope, my friend took a picture of her daughters jersey laying flat. I traced it off my computer screen and made a stencil from that.🥰

Just a small metal bowl. I greased it then lined it with parchment paper so it wouldn't stick

This was made with a 9”x13” cake that I trimmed down, so just shy of that.
