Wakko's America but it slows down when the time zone changes

Decided to go with this as my next video.
The way I decided this works is I based it off two things: the time zone of the capital of the state, and doing this based off of when there is no daylight savings time.
For example, Tennessee is located in both the Eastern and Central Time Zones, but the next state, New Jersey, is located only in the Eastern Time Zone. Since Nashville is located in the Central Time Zone, I counted this toward a time zone change.
I decided to base this on when there is no daylight savings time. Washington has daylight savings time, but Arizona does not. So during the summer, the two have the same time, but are technically in different time zones. This counted as a time zone change.
For the actual editing, I decided to slow it down by 2.7% (non-exponentially) each time. There were 33 changes, and my editing software doesn't let me go below 10%. This got it down to 10.9% speed by Nevada.
