Depends on how he has his batteries connected. Connecting in series, would give his revo 6s. Paralell would be 3s. Series connectors double the power and paralell connectors double the capacity (mah). Cheers my friend. :-)
thats because it looks like the only upgrade on it is the swing arms, mine has center diff, sway bars, i went with the RPM plastic swingarms and the traxxas dogbone axle upgrades. mine won't do wheelies anymore because of the center diff, makes it that much faster XD

It's almost against physics? it's one thing to have the power but it's a whole other to put it down and for you to do 10 backflips like that in a row just shows how much torque they have...

Id beleive it is doing very close to 86 mph iv got a hyper st mamba xl 2 esc on a 6s does 120 ks easy and enough power to do standing bakflips. Brushless motors and good lipos can produce unbelivable power but i think it affects the ego's of oldschool nitro guys, iv got a couple of vids of my st on here but that is with my old hobbywing 150 amp and 4s
When you first got this, did your MM not run so smoothly. Like did it take off with a clicking kind of motion? Mine does that, I'm not sure if I supposed to break it in more or change something.
@genisxxx but the esc can only handel 22,2v !!!!!!!!!!!!!! And jep that was my mistake the 5800 is standing by 5800 when connected in series and that means it is 6s:D
Whoa Whoa whoa!!!! Hold on man!! Hit me back asap! I just spent about $1400 on parts to upgrade literally every single part on my new 2017 E Revo, and even on 4s shimmed like perfection I keep ripping the dang Spider Gears up, and on 6s 50c snapped em into pieces. I upgraded from the no good stock tires so traction is up a bit and added a few pounds, but all my gear box, slipper clutch, pinion, bulk heads, etc all metal so no flex. My Stampede I popped $1K into has the same Diffs from the Revo since Traxxas took Revo diffs and put them in the 1/10th, we all know this Revo is true 1/8th, anyways just like with my HPI Savage Flux, no upgrades for the spider gears inside the diffs, stupid hardened chinese ones broke in 7 minutes on 4s and swapping in Losi ones or savage hp flux spiders to Revo is like custom building half the truck. I am going with the center diff to balance out the power, but how did you do 24 back flips on pavement and not snap the diffs? Sure MIP axle shafts and all the rest of the goodies are upgradeable but my diffs like everyone complains about are the achilles tendon. Surely you must rebuild them all the time like each session or 2 if you drive like this.
well if u think they wont go past 80 i kno a bunch of dudes, including self, wih emaxxs and erevos that break 80, even 100. and everyone has fun with their toys in their own way. u may not like flips he may not like racing. to each his/her own so just enjoy doin it
Not real sure what makes you think this car will do 86 mph. Not even close. The stock tires would explode and you would have to run at least 21/50 gearing to even get close. When you get tired of doing backflips in a little parking lot with your $700 truck adjust your punch control and make it driveable so you can go have some real fun with it.
I also have a E-Erevo with 2200kv 2x11.1v 5300mah and gotta love bashing snow banks. In order for backups best to run 2x11.1v 4000mah lipos once you hit 10km hit the breaks so the front end dives down than hit full acceleration until you gain lift on all wheels repeat the process. Its not the best to do back flips due to you may have to repair your rear diff once or couple times.
whats your throtle % set at? i have mine set at 0% with two11.1v 5000mah lipos and i does standing back flips when it gets traction i havent turned my throtle up any bc even at 0% it shreads the plastic driveshafts

that dosent depend on the car alone , you can have a perfect car but if the driver cant handle it its worthless (little example me driving a 1/16 revo on a track the other guy was driveing an apache sc i was faster round after rond but another driver came and he has beaten me with the same car )

cut the gear ratio 4 times as much and widen the wheel base about 400 ft. That thing has insane torque! nice
I'm putting the same setup in my mini revo. Hopefully the battery weight will hold it down enough to catch traction.

What is your gearing? I'm running 5000mah 3s batteries and your truck seems to have more speed and torque.
