I want to send a mail if file content is more than 1.. so in exec command stage I am writing wc -l and in triggers I kept >1.. then added email notification stage...why it's not working
can User variable defined at a point , be used any where in the job which are after that activity ? Without connecting the link to that activity from user variable stage.

I have one parallel job that is extracting one year data like dt between # 20160101# and #20161231#... And loading rec count into one file and records into one file (filename...2016.txt). Then we have created sequence job for this..so how can we ran the seq it will trigger parallel job for 2016 and 2017 as well at a time and finally we have to create 2 files i.e for 2016 and 2017.please let me know how can we make changes in seq job
You can make the parallel job as a multiple instance job. You can then pass the date range as a parameter and parallels call two job activity stages without any dependency between them. Each job activity executes the parallel job for an independent date range.

I have small doubt on Sequencer... Sequencer have two modes 1.ALL (Input triggers must be true) 2.ANY (At least one need to be true) My doubt is, all input triggers are fails then what can sequencer do?

yes, it can be used anywhere in a sequencer.
