Jessey is 21 year old man who has struggled with anxiety and his mental health. He is also a high-school teacher, a barman, a surfer, a bibliophile, musician, and a friend. Here, he tells us about struggling with mental health and the stigma surrounding male mental health, how he learned to overcome his anxiety, and his thoughts about school. He gives advice to those still in high school who are struggling with their mental health, and tell us what he thinks it means to be a "grown up".
