1) The money tree is a good choice - when evolved, it could give you 8,000 - 11,000 - 13,000 a day i think, so they are set for life...and could buy/build a bigger house.
2) you can add an attic or basement and move the girls or the boys there, when they are older, but up to you 😉

maybe varsha could open a bakery when they have enough money? just a thought! because it seems she really enjoys baking, though there's no baking aspiration you could always choose the cooking aspiration/master chef aspiration after she's done with her big family aspiration, then move onto the knitting aspiration (because she's already knitted so much she's practically done with the knitting Aspiration by now) and maybe they could open a restaurant or cafe or bakery if you ever get tired of living in evergreen harbor i recommend living in brindelton bay and setting up a place there, also are you going to play with zoya in university?
i would love to see that! though still continue the maker trait for varsha, that would be great to see her sell things on plopsy or donate to people who are less fortunate when she's an elder these are just my suggestions
