I am thrilled to hear that Jennifer knows the Lord! I always enjoyed her acting. And she is so right about Christian movies! With all the talent among Christians, you would think they would come to a higher standard!

    Amen sister! Great conversation.
I also didn’t come to Christ till I was 38 years old. Jesus completely changed my life. I was an addict for 26 years and Jesus broke that spirit of addiction on me and I’ve been sober ever since. Agree with so much of what she said regarding faith.
    Bless you sister!

I always thought she was quite nuts! Married 9 times, then “born again”? My god is not a male!

Growing up in the 70's, I always thought Jennifer was a gorgeous woman and a talented actress.
in speaking on nudity though I was surprised by her stance. Jennifer said nude scenes in a movie 'made it more mysterious n lovely' Her words don' seem to match up with Scripture. Our bodies are not shameful but they are not to be exposed to the world either. Scripture has much to say about modesty. 🤔

We are to judge actions, you do it too. That is the reason we have earthly judges. We are told to weigh actions and not be hypocrites ; Judge without condemning. God has the last say with everyone of us.

@@linak7155 -- You judged on your misinterpretation and misunderstanding. That's on you. Jennifer DID NOT SAY nude scenes in a movie made it more mysterious n lovely (your words/misinterpretation). She actually said that her collaborative handling of what to do concerning the scripted nude scene (by talking to the Director), actually resulted with her NOT showing nudity (it's implied only in scene, you see nothing as viewer) and she believes the IMPLIED nudity, not actual, made it 'more mysterious n lovely'. Get it? Replay and listen to her, again. Before we judge actions, we need to actually understand them. You didn't.
John 8:7, NIV: When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, 'Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.'

@@ethelroast9671 I will certainly listen again. If what you say is so I stand corrected. As far as judging goes you are wrong. Judging has its place n application. If someone trespasses against you or a loved one I'm sure you'd be the first to make a determination / a judgement on the situation.

@@linak7155 I offered no personal opinion on "judging"... other than to reasonably, rightfully and morally point out that when one judges, they need to properly understand and correctly interpret what they're judging (you failed). I quoted Bible verses, not my personal opinion, yet you arrogantly state I'm wrong; I suggest if you have a problem with what I posted regarding "judging" (Bible verses), then you humbly take it up with Jesus/God. ☮️
