    Recipe:
    • 130g pasta (uncooked)
    • 400g chicken breast
    • 140g canned peas
    • 250ml cream (7% fat)
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Fresh parsley
    • Salt and pepper
    Instructions:
    1. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.
    2. Dice chicken. Sauté in olive oil until golden.
    3. Add chopped onion, cook until soft. Add minced garlic, cook 1 minute.
    4. Stir in peas and cream. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
    5. Combine pasta with sauce. Add chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
    Nutrition per 100g:
    • Calories: 98.8 kcal
    • Protein: 13.2g
    • Fat: 3g
    • Carbs: 11.7g
