Very nice house! 🏠 I would clean it up and repaint the outside to a respectable grey and white trim. The yellow and spearmint green it now sports is not a good look! 😅

      But please be careful :
      It's a :
Wood sticks, paper and glue and some nails put altogether to make something that looks like a house
It won't save you from :
Stronger storms single or combined with strong winds
      Flooding
      Radiation that exists even nowadays
      Spying
      Eavesdropping
      Infrared spying
Rats, mice, fleas, termites and rodents

Buying a house in Japan won't get me out of the rat race because I would have to work or own a business to do so there.

Thanks for the breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

hi shuma, what is the resident status if I am an US citizen want to buy a property like that?

His name is Shu, and anyone can buy property in Japan. Having said that, to immigrate to Japan is different. Buying is the easy part, the renovation usually is a lot cheaper than in the USA.

What materials were available to builders four years after Japan invaded China? The house was built the same year Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941.
The pictures show an old house with outdated appliances and plumbing. He does say 'with some renovations'. It does need an update.

@@viktorpopov4171 Their bamboo and rice paper houses didn't do well in the incendiary bombings of Tokyo and other cities. Even German cities of wood and stone, like Dresden, went up in firestorms.

@@lazaruslazuli6130finally someone to say the words that need to be spoken or written
I couldn't understand the people that despite the fact that these houses are made from wood sticks, paper and glue and some nails put altogether to make something that looks like a house, still believe that it's a good business to have this kind of a house. Not to mention the rottening of the wood, mold and God knows what else
