I never understand Lian Li case, it's too thick, u need a bigger desk. It hides the PSU in the back so u can't see it, rgb or not. The worst part, u have to shell out more money for the excessive amount of fans. Lian Li fans are noisy, fugly too. Meanwhile air flow cases such as Phanteks create a vacuum with only 5 fans. One of the best temperature ever.
@@fynkozari9271 Heat rises. Just get a good AIO for the bottom and another one for the front side. They are usually super quiet. I did an AIO for the CPU and a custom loop for the GPU. 5900x and a 6900 XT. No other fans. Super quiet, and great temps for everything. And it looks awesome. That's why it makes sense. Space to do cool shit.

Please sell a front mesh kit for this case! I use a 360mm reservoir pump combo from EK and lose triple rad support without a front mesh kit! I already had the radiators ready but didn't fit in the regular evo, I don't want to have to mod a front panel 😢
The reg EVO already has a front mesh kit in 3 colors. I have the EVO with a 360 mm Arctic LF II AIO and planned on buying the front mesh kit but the airflow is great, temps are very good and it doesn't get too loud. For me, front mesh would add more sound to the case that I don't want.
@Lian Li … Is there a hole for the DP cable on the bottom? Or is a drill needed? Caused of the heatsink all GPUs has to be mounted upright with connections downside and DP is only limited to 2m. So 1,48m is left, which is really short.
Is the O11 XL PCI Bracket compatible with the Evo XL? My one of the big issues is around the HDD cages, they don't very well lock in. Especially if your doing a build and moving the case around, they just fly out. Should have had thumbless screw option somewhere to lock the cage in place ontop of the 'click'

Well I'm little bit dissapointed about one thing - being an XL case I was expecting it to fully support E-ATX motherboards - meaning that it can correctly fit motherboards with 305mm width. It only supports motherboards with 280mm width (wich is the same as in Dynamic EVO). Yeah, you can still install E-ATX with 305mm width in the case but the edge will reach like 20mm over the MB tray area, it will not look as nice and will probably interfere if you want to install upright GPU. I mean this is XL case.
@jessem6124 it will fit but it won't look nice and you can't use upright GPU kit since the GPU doesn't have enough room. I have a dynamic EVO at the moment and it fits EATX but but around 30mm or 1,5 inches of board edge hangs over the right side area.
My only question I wonder if they will remake this for 50 series because to be honest we don't know if the gpu is going to be bit bigger or same size as 40 series
There is absolutely no way even the largest of 50 series cards wouldn't fit comfortably in this thing. I have the 011d xl and an asus rog strix 4090....which is an enormous card. There's plenty of room.
I was hoping for at least one 480 rad support, it being a XL case :( The one flaw I can't get over is, not making the psu and drive cages with bolt on "modular" plates to customize the location of your choice. Maybe next time around. :)
there seems to be a problem with this case. The company i had ordered my custom pc told me that they returned all their O11 XL cases stock because the GPU would get stuck and you can't pull it out of the case anymore. Any news related to this issue?
conveniently doesn't show the PSU/drive bays because they're no longer moveable, which is a downgrade from both the O11D Evo and the O11D XL. such a pity
I love it but the only thing that keep me from getting this case is just how over saturated it is; nearly every case company is copying it and or everyone building is building in it and I love unique/originality. Definitely no fault of Lian Li.
@@xVertigo101 I respect Cooler Master for that!! The Lian Li case is beautiful but I also want to see more variety/uniqueness and it’s hard to find that when most of the case brands are copying Lian Li.

@@xVertigo101 Yeah the HAF 700 EVO is gorgeous to me, I like the HAF 700 too but they are both pricey also just way bigger than any PC case I’d need. I decided to go with the Coolermaster H500M since it was in a good price range + size for me, I LOVE it! I do like the Lian Li designs too, very beautiful especially the O11 Dynamic EVO XL just sadly it’s overdone but it sucks cause it’s definitely not Lian Li’s fault.
Lian Li suing other companies for joining case fans together, you have to know that makes you the enemy of innovation, and that joining case fans together is obvious. #terriblemarketing

Man, I got a lian li dynamic evo to modify with the glass panel recently and its past 30 days return and now lian li came out with this...
