We don't currently own a fifth wheel, but our shopping for one. I can't imagine why you wouldn't put one of the Brinkley toy haulers on your top 5? Their build quality is so clearly above everyone on your list except Luxe.
It is certainly on our list for future reviews. We appreciate your input. Your suggestion is duly noted for future assessments. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback; it will undoubtedly contribute to enhancements in our review process.
I enjoyed this video. Could you do one for top 5 toy haulers for up to 35 feet and 40 feet? Hopefully, something that can house a vented washer/dryer. Looking to live full time as I build my dream home then use it to bring toys like motorcycles and paddleboards to the beach/desert/national parks.
Question #1 Does the manufactures have the option to remove the bathroom in the garage so you can have more room in the living room and add a theater seat? Question #2 Can you get a Harley Davidson Heritage Soft tail classic and a golf cart in the garage at the same time?
Typically, manufacturers do not offer an option to remove the bathroom from the garage. However, it might be worth discussing customization options directly with them to see if any modifications can be made. Thank you for your comment!
Thank you, good video and references. We are looking for a 5th wheel toyhauler that is handicap friendly; ie: 16 inch wheelchair accessibility through doors and travel path, 48 inch by 30-36 inch low curb shower and lower cabinets counter surfaces etc. There are a lot of folks out there that would appreciate manufacturers setting up floor plans that could be made to order. Thanks for any input! J&k
Here are some floor plans, we think they have what you are looking for. The 2024 Outback 342CG by Keystone is a toy hauler travel trailer with a 7-ft long garage, two slides out, and wheelchair accessible (overall well-prepared). This trailer is 38 feet long and has 8,212 pounds of dry weight. I don’t recall other 5th wheels or travel trailer floorplans with the features needed. However, I strongly suggest checking Newmar. They do have floorplans 100% already prepared for wheelchairs. I will start checking Bay Star 3811 (Class A RVs, gas-powered). Other top-end features are Dutch Star 4311 and Kountry Star 4011 by Newmar. 100% wheelchair-friendly designs. We fully agree with you. Such an important industry for all of us, and it would be nice to see RV manufacturers include one floorplan with the features needed, as adaptations require tremendous efforts from buyers. Thank you for your comment and don’t forget to subscribe to our channel. Check out the Bay Star 3811 here th-cam.com/video/yOfp8aaqoEw/w-d-xo.html www.camperoutdoor.com/buyers-guide/best-class-a-rv-of-2024-gas-powered/#Newmar_Bay_Star_3811_Class_A_Motorhome_Best_Wheelchair_Accessible
Thank you very much for your reply! We have been reviewing the Newmar RV’s, especially the Dutch Star 4311 as our 1st. choice in the Motorhomes. A handicap setup in a “Toyhauler” with a 10ft. garage would be ideal. We have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500HD and a 2022 Can-AM Spyder RT Limited, hence the 10ft. (minimum) garage. Both above are paid off and are in excellent condition and paid off completely.
Stay away from Grand Designs at all cost. Major frame issues. Plumbing is horrible as well. Alliance has good plumbing and good framing but the fit and finish is less to be desired. Then there is the Brinkley. Poor plumbing and unable to adjust any of your slid outs. All three Rvs I listed you are unable to adjust the slide outs and the manufacture won’t even work on the slide out because it’s to hard to get to. 🤦
Pretty sure brinkley uses a really good slide system, similar to class a motorhomes. One tech videos Ive seen on them say that he’s never had to work on a Brinkley slide because they don’t brake. Think you’re describing the cable system used on some alliances. The only issue with plumbing on brinkley is one fitting used on models with sink in the slide. There’s a flexible hose connected to sink faucet with a pex connector. That can be swapped with a hose clamp and ur done. They also use brass fittings now so that’s a step above many others. It’s hard to trash a whole brand when there’s so many different models made with different components at varying price points..
We are looking to showcase different floor plans and new ideas in the 2024 market as these models are quite similar. We will keep this in mind for future videos. Thanks for your comment
I guess these are problems that can happen with any RV. What truly sets brands apart, however, is the quality of after-sales customer service offered by specific RV manufacturers and the warranty. It's the level of support and assistance they provide that distinguishes one brand from another. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
All theses salesmans are salesman only they dont fix or repair them. All of them look beautiful when you go and see them but after your first trip nothing but headaches and problems and the warranty isn't worth a dam. Manufacturers don't stand behind there products they put out at all. Nothing but problems with all of them
@camperoutdoor8539 give it a few years and they might improve their skills but at this time I don't recommend any because of all the trash they have out here nowadays
@@Robin-b8k6hI have to agree with you 100%. I love these toy haulers, they’re beautiful! I’m in my 4th fifth wheel…2016 Jayco Pinnacle (2nd owner) it’s been great but starting to slowly fall apart….and I paid for an extended warranty and trust me I use it! And the warranty companies are a nightmare to deal with because they don’t want to pay! The Toy Haulers are gorgeous would love to have one but Pricing has gotten a little redic😮 RV living is so rewarding but you gotta be smart about it and prepare for repairs because something is always going to break…new or used, gonna have issues….Happy Camping😊

The cameraman went too fast and didn't zoom out enough for the viewer to truly capture what the space is like.
Thank you for your feedback.
No love towards the Brinkley G Series?

Alliance Valor???
Sure, we'll include in our next videos. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment on our video.

You missed one of the best built & designed, the Brinkley models.
You're right. We will include them, soon.
I'd buy one of these Toy Haulers, and Place it on a Catermaran Body, and I've a Yacht ⛵😅
Love it!!

What about the forest river Stealth, Sandstorm, and Shockwave

No keystone Raptor
Raptor is coming in the next reviews. Thanks for your comment.
The cyclone has had videos of some serious damage and l changed my mind after seeing a video of it flooding
