I agree I stay oceanfront on 9 th at Oceans Edge no further in July . Now for bikefest we stayed at holiday inn 17 th street it wasn’t to bad but definitely has to be oceanfront

Nah, all the fun stuff is 9th st and lower. This is way too far north.
