11:05 means Rechtschreibung, the way you spell words (spell words correctly, e.g. "Rechtschreibung" instead of wpierwprojwoeri). Seems you haeve to enter a word, there is a note/comment about that as well as a "suggestion". Probably it has a build-in vocabulary and tries to match your entered word to the vocabulary.
Now I kind of want to borrow this thing and find all the real features.. like seeing if the Hilfe (help) button does anything anywhere, and figuring out how to run programs in the basic interpreter. By the way, that's not a mouse even if it's styled to make you think it is.
Reminds me of something I saw yesterday, a VTech Socrates, had external AV but the same idea. See VTech's stuff all over thrift shops but the Socrates is already 29 years old now. Probably would have got it if there hadn't been a cheap PSP kit there. ;)
oh i remember in germany this was verry popular in generic the sachen games were cheap alternatives for the original gameboy games a sachen 4 in 1 cartridge was at 15 Mark at the time which is like 7 eur today
