Hello, I've been out for work and I haven't put my hand to the technics plate. At your video minute 22:12 there are the 5 microswitches, where could I buy them to replace them? My problem is that inserting a normal audiocassette, chrome, metal, I always signal normal. Thank you, Orla
I highly doubt you can buy them. Wouldn't it be better to clean them? Put them in alcohol for a while, move them every now and then and they should clean up. Or maybe a connection is missing somewhere. Have you checked by trying to press the contacts with the cassette holder open? Maybe the cassette is in the wrong positions?

Jeśli magnetofon nie rozróżnia typu kasety do sprawdzenia lub do wyczyszczenia są styki 21:25 min. If the tape recorder does not recognize the type of cassette, the contacts need to be checked or cleaned 21:25 min.

I followed your video; i have the rsbx404 plate; After disassembling It and reassembling It, now i have a problem: After turning on the recorder, and inserting the audiocassette, play starts by itself, and the rew,FF, stop, dolby b-c etc....buttons don't work. Czy takie mechanizmy od diory 502 da się zregenerować ? prawe rolki całkowicie zablokowane.
Wszystko się da ;) Kwestia nakładu pracy i ew. części. Skoro rolki tylko zablokowane to pewnie czyszczenie i smarowanie pomoże.

Has the function wheel been removed? and was it well established? 17:32

Also check that all the pins of the cable tape hit their holes
