It warms my heart to see you and Taco working together. Two of my favorite TH-cam creators because you both have kind hearts. Blessing you both on your adventures in 2023.
Watching you and Taco Stacks working together is amazing. Most married couples would be separating after this. You two belong together in the opinion of many following you both. We can't help it. It would be the most romantic pairing ever!💗
You are not alone, at 5’2” , short arms and legs. I hate trying to move furniture for the same reason, arms are way to short to have one hand on the bottom and one on the top. I feel your pain. Kind of like turning yourself into a pretzel😂
Me too 5’3”. Also women lift with our legs and hips. Men have more upper body strength and lift with their arms. Have been moving furniture with my hubby for years and can attest that women and men do not carry heavy items the same way.
As you explore future options please know that you and Taco working together is fun (and informative) for the viewer. You are a great team. Wishing you every success.
I can't tell you how many awkward and heavy set pieces I have carried and lifted. You are doing great. It's not a race and even when you feel like you're doing it wrong, if you get it to its destination then you did the job 😊 Old mattresses are not easy to carry, thankfully the new ones have sewn in handles on the sides. I bet you'll be glad to put this clean out behind you.
Another viewer commented about the handles on mattresses. Give that person a raise for whoever thought "Hey, you know what would make moving these easier?"
Me too Renee. Short statue + short arms length = difficulty in grasping & moving big objects. I though that when Taco Stacks reach above the kitchen cabinet to grab stuff in his video. I would have needed a ladder. Thanks for explaining the cost of a dumpster. Yes, I see that the work is intense doing a clean out especially with this volume. Great teamwork & enjoy your video. Be safe & continue your great videos.
Hey Renee like I told Taco the whole house should be tossed in the dumpster. Hopefully you, Taco and, Tony stay safe and don't get hurt or sick being in that disgusting house.
Renee, you are not the only one with problems, when it comes to moving big furniture. I am just 5 foot tall, so I have short arms, short legs and many pieces of furniture are taller than me. And I am sure, that most pieces of furniture in my own house, won't fit through a door, although all of them came through one or more doors to enter my house.
You all are getting lots done and moving things along nicely.. I'm glad to see👀the dumpster got delivered and things are moving quickly..🤔😉 Rene you look like a professional mover with your cute hat and 👖 jeans..😝😍 Keep up the great work and stay safe all.. Take care..👍💕🔥⚾🤙
Your so right a person has to know their limits.just keep going as you are,it’s just so much fun when you come across something that really excites you.
Renee! Thanks for taking us along for the clean out . Oh my goodness I don't like moving furniture with others either . I always have the same questions like which end goes first? Wait say it one more time? But if I'm doing it by myself I can get it done slowly but surely . I'm not tall either I suffer the short lady problems as well . Anyway thanks again for taking us along ! I appreciate you so much! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!!
Don’t know what you’re getting paid to do this, but you’re definitely earning it! Both of you please be careful. That house looks like a bonafide death trap!
Hi Renee! Good hard work never seems to lessen. At the end of a very trying day of taking measurements, lifting, pushing, stooping down, examining for treasures -- exhausting. Good thing you, Taco Stacks and Tony have patience and great care for each other. Continue your search, it's an adventure. One day you will be in your "twilight years" of life and you will look back and marvel at what y'all did and then you will truly get a great laugh filled with rich memories--another treasure of life. Have a great day and stay safe.
I relate to struggling when moving furniture. My brain works best in two dimensions so it’s hard to visualize three dimensional movements. Also I like to see my feet when moving bulky things, especially on stairs. When moving with a helper, they can get frustrated because I have to go slowly. It is what it is.
Yes, I do the same when lifting tall things, or a long.....You are a smaller and your center of gravity is different than a man. You are the brains❤✝ others are the strength. Thank you Renee for this video.👍
One thing you are doing right when moving furniture with someone else is communicating with each other. If you both have two different ideas a lot can go wrong. So you are doing it right!
I live a long ways away from you but it would be nice to stop by and load up all your stuff in the winter time and head down to Phoenix and you could sell all your stuff with the swap meet. You definitely enjoy the big swap meets down there
Now that you have taken out the good things, this place has turned into, the never ending house.....of garbage 😆 You have all worked so hard. I bet you are aching. 🥰❤🐨
I get it Renee - I don't have enuf length between my hands and feet to reach the correct corners of the furniture ! everyone lafs and don't believe me but like you I'm only litl (5'2") You do have so much energy though fearless and fierce. I'm in awe ! You've earned your keep today. Thanks for continuing to share. Jan 🇬🇧 xxx
You are not alone. I am 5' and can't grab correctly either. And can never see over anything we are TRYING to move. Sometimes, We are able to get a blanket or sheet under one end and scoot it. I hope you all make something on this. It's sad, really. You are so pretty in that cap! My daughter always looked pretty in her caps. I do not. My head is little. I can get the band tightened up enough, but the bill sticks way out on each side, and there is a mountain on top of my head. It's funny but I so want to wear a hat. Love you. I have enjoyed this clean out. Stay safe and healthy. Thanks for wearing g a mask when needed and for wearing the gloves. ❤😘💞💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️👶
I can completely relate to your issues with moving things. I took it personal that I struggle with it, as if it was an inadequacy. But I know that you're highly intelligent. So when you mentioned that you have trouble, too, I felt so much better. You're amazing, Renee, & I love your channel. ☺🙋♀️❤🙏
Glad to see that you got a better mask now, Renée. I know it´s not very comfortable to work for a longer time with a MP 3 or even better, but in locations like these: always hope for the best, prepare for the worst ! And yup, what you did today, it´s the daily bread and butter job of a cleanouter. And that´s not everyones cup of tea, let me tell you. 😉How much do you pay for a dumpster like this ? Anyways, good job, keep up your great work ! 👍Greets from GER, U.
I actually ordered a full-face respirator mask, which will appear in a future video. After I found the rat, I thought "Nope!" and ordered it. My hair is actually only in a ponytail on the bottom half, the top half is braided and then pinned down. The top half needs a little bit more growth to go into a full ponytail, eventually! Tony ordered the dumpster, but I believe it cost between $300-$400.
I saw a comment about Tetris. We did some grocery shopping and that's what I thought of when I put the food away. I unscrewed a queen sized sleeper sofa so I could get rid of it by myself. Tina, Al's wife
Great work!!!! You all three deserve more than you are getting!! I don't know what your getting, but I do know it is not enough!! I do hope you all got some things to resell!!!! Enjoyed watching all the videos from this place!! Have a Great Week everyone!! 🤗♥️🙏🏼
Ms Moose, It is always nice to see the 3 Trash Musketeers do such diligent work. It is a shock to see a pony tail at the back of your cap because in the way past it seems a Twixie hair style allowed for no such styling. I loved it when you said I’m good at lifting small things. What’s neat about this video is it shows the less glamorous side of a clean out and it is flat out hard grueling work. I so enjoy this type of content because it portrays real life. May you and your friends have a great new year.
"3 Trash Musketeers" - Put that on a shirt! I can only pull the lower half of my hair into that small ponytail, I braid the top and pin that down. Makes it easier to wear a hat that way!
@@just.j5302 Just J, I so like 3 Trashketeers better than the handle I used. Ms Moose should definitely use your monicker when working with Toni and The Taco. So much fun on Ms Moose’s channel and if their was ever a vote I would vote for The 3 Trashketeers because it has such a good ring to it.
"Take out the papers & the trash / Or you don't get no spending cash . . . " Still fun to watch. The wall board patches made me laugh out loud. If only they'd painted over them, they'd have been almost invisible :). I think you should pop that mantel off the wall, refinish it and put it up at your place so you'd have one for Christmas, etc. I wonder if your "trouble" moving furniture has to do with your size or - like my wife - that some guy on the other end expects you to know where he's going and what he's doing without feeling the need to tell you. I've seen people rig chutes from windows to dumpsters - is that possible there? Anyway - looking forward to more; thanks for the video & have a great day! PS I bought a NASCAR jacket at the flea market here Saturday. Never looked at that sort of thing before. Look what you've done to me!
Can I blame the Nascar on Taco Stacks? Haha. Is it for you to wear or a gift? (Funny you mention Nascar, there is a storage unit coming up for sale that has some Nascar stuff in it... waiting to see what price it sells for!) I try and ask what the "plan" is on how to move the furniture but then there's a corner to go around or a turn right/left and then I feel like I'm working against the other person helping to move it. Just give me the stacks of ephemera to move!
@@PaperandMooseThe jacket has a lot of fun advertising in it - Tony the Tiger and some other Kelloggs. I think I could make some money but I will keep it. My guess is before too long one of my early 20-something kids will appropriate it.
Moving furniture, I understand completely. I grew up in the upholstery business.. moving furniture was just a part of life. My brother could twist and turn couches to get them through doors and into room that I would have said there is no way, he would have to tell me where to pick up from and which way to go. This place has been a mess, how you are getting enough for all the work that has been involved.
I agree about the height thing and moving furniture. I’m petite and have a hard time keeping up. One comment about whoever lived there… it would be easy to just shut the door and walk away from all the mess, and start over. They aren’t the ones dealing with it all. If it were filled with valuables, then it might be a different story for the prior tenants.
I know you're talking about Goodwill in your previous videos. Goodwill is actually a corporation and the CEO makes a ton of money. My best friend is a manager of a Goodwill. They are profit organization. They don't pay the workers very good either. All the good stuff get siphoned off before I get to his store including the name brand stuff most of the time. Very little of a slip through
That's sad, people blessed with a home, and don't treasure the home given by cleaning it,and maintaining it. Sad, good you and taco 🌮 stacks are getting paid for ya'lls hard work cleaning. 😊 💵
You guys are getting there...lot of hard work but you all have time for a laugh, which is wonderful...my back still hurts from watching you and Taco pull in those mattress...😂😂🥰🥰🥰
Well "shorty" you seam to be doing pretty well overall. Yes absolutely bottle brush trees are easier to move, but you still need to go to a gym if that's all you do 😉. This is more challenging than some tasks, but it make a shower and warm meal more appreciated. I wish I could be there to give you a hand, but then again some guy clapping in the corner could be annoying 🤣. Stay well thanks for taking us with, it has been interesting 👍👍
Tony could chat with you & share more of his Seinfeld quotes! He loves that show and I've only seen about two episodes of it, so most of the references are lost on me.
You should take the fabric off the matresses and recycle the steel. A steel cutting disc in a 4 1/2 angle grind makes short work of all the hog rings. .
RAINNNNNNAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! Still counting drops, and drops, and-----I need you "guys" to make my bed!! You look like you're packing your Yellowstone hiking kit!! My late dad and I delivered and picked up many TV and stereo consoles, you do develop methods of hefting these pieces! Cute wall patch! Well, I heard of one case where an old fellow slept with his mummified wife!! If one had to demo my 20'-40's furnishings, you'd need a jackhammer!
Oh those older pieces of furniture are built to last! Thankfully, because they are some of the nicest pieces! Hope you have enough umbrellas for all that rain, Larry!
@@PaperandMoose Renee, an umbrella would have been shot full of hail holes...last night and earlier today (01/10) we had driving rain/hail as well as some neat lightning/thunder...I felt like I was on a 50s horror movie set! We rarely get such a combination of wild weather! Thank the Lord, no danger from falling trees in the neighborhood! So far the 1919 homestead is showing no damage!
Moving furniture has never been fun. Even without t rex arms! An old superstition used to be sticking a pair of shoes in the wall during construction for good luck. Don't know if that ever worked!
I really hope you all found enough to sale etc to make up for this mess. I’m only 5’& 1/2” 😂. I’ve moved furniture a lot. Probably because I am stubborn and make it work. 🤷🏻♀️. But if you’re moving anything with Taco (no offense to him) he complicates things. You got to know the direct. My hubby’s like that no directions on how to, so I try to make them, never works always ends up his complicated ways. 🤦🏻♀️ ~ Texas
I think that's it - when I have to help move a big piece with someone else, I ask for the "plan" before, but then any curve or right/left turn seems to confuse me.
Don't call me sexist, but, I've found through many years of marriage, many years of working with men, many years of living with the men in my family, it's my opinion that wonderful, blessed, MEN, just think DIFFERENTLY than women. Not better, not worse, just different. 😂😂😉 ❤🙏👑✝
A woman's center of gravity is different from a man. Experience will help you better understand moving furniture. You seem so much happier these days, Renee. Keep on doing what you are doing!
I’m 5’2” so big furniture is not easy to move for me either. Unfortunately my husband loves to move and if we were still able, he’d probably move again. We never had help so I had to learn to move furniture with him. I hate moving and something always got broken, others got left behind. That’s how I know, no matter how easy you and Taco make it look, it’s backbreaking work. I hope you have some downtime after this clean out !
Yeah, being short is not conducive to moving large furniture, especially mattresses that don't have handles! Those are the worst. My husband laughs at me and calls me penguin arms. That's OK, I hide all the good stuff in the lower drawers and he never finds them. Lol!
Hello Renee. I have the same problem I’m 5’2 and it just doesn’t work caring big things. I can do it it’s just not easy at at all. I’m kinda skeptical if your going to fit everything in the dumpster but hey it’s like playing jenga in a way. Lol. Take care. 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️☕️🫖☕️🫖🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯
Hi Renee. OMyLord! That house is the worst place ever. Well, when you don't pay the rent. It can be bad for who lived in there. I hope you don't find any more mice or rats in that house. I also see the place is taking long to clean and Toac Stack's is there helping you. Please be careful Renee. God Bless and stay safe. Mari'a. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍👍👍👍💃💃💃💃💃💃❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘😘😘
It's hard to move things when you're short. Short arms short legs short torso. It's difficult to manoeuver things. I'm 4 ' 11 and a half inches. I feel your pain.
I love that you have included that one half inch in your measurements. I’m also short at 5’2” or at least I was in my youth, although now at age 74, I’m sure I’ve shrunk but I still claim 5’2”.
That's a shame that all that stuff is ruined. My brain is the same way. You are not alone. I always blamed it on being partly ambidextrous in my case. Maybe the kids put their parents under the basement floor or in the walls lol.
It would be nice to do a little more walk through. The upstairs looked like it had a nice staircase banister and railing. Looks like once it's gutted, might be nice. Unfortunately, more and more, houses are razed and rebuilt because of cost.
I moved an oak (rotating) DVD tower that wasn't heavy but very awkward. It was well built and someone paid 100+ but I got it for $1 cause no one wanted it. Best not to pull or stretch something even for $1.
I know it’s a lot of work I have done a few but like I said they were not nasty they did not have just garbage or trash everywhere there. was one i. Did. that did not have spiders no rats no bugs no rat turds no rat pee nothing but in every room she had like a pie pan and had regular regular charcoal in those pans in every room under the bed apparently it works thanks for the video sorry to ramble on too long I enjoyed watching it catch you on the next one
That's interesting, I wonder if charcoal works on pests. I know borax will affect some bugs, but the secret on mice and rats is mixing corn meal with baking soda (1:1). Rodents are unable to pass gas and die from internal complications. We keep chickens in a fairly urban setting and it will destroy a rodent colony fast. Baking soda will not hurt cats, dogs, opossums/varmints, or birds, so it is the safest option instead of poison.

If in your cleanout adventures you find vintage pre 1980 magazines like vogue or threads [fashion or sewing[ I will buy no matter the condition if they are still readable.
Renee, I hope you will never have to go through a house like this again. There is danger in working around raccoon, mice and human "droppings". Take Care.
Ha ha, as you say the brain is wired to be the artistic type 🏵 or the power lifter 🏋. Mind you mattresses have a mind of their own no matter how you lift them. You’re doing well 👩🔧
My question is, was it worth it? Other then being paid for grunt labor, what did any of you actually find? I do understand win some lose some, but jeez
It's hard to move furniture when tacos tall and you're smaller. You're very intelligent beautiful young lady. I'm worried you're going to hurt yourself. Lifting that much weight could hurt you and your female parts in your lower part of your body. You don't need a hernia or anything like that. The money is not worth it. I'm definitely praying for your safety and well-being

@@PaperandMooseThe jacket has a lot of fun advertising in it - Tony the Tiger and some other Kelloggs. I think I could make some money but I will keep it. My guess is before too long one of my early 20-something kids will appropriate it.
@@stephenritz5581 Very true, good thinking!
Fun series 😊
That’s a nice bed
Hope it all fits into the dumpster!
LOL.....The demons.....You guys really did a lot......
I keep hoping maybe I'd record an "orb" or what looks like a face when I leave the camera running when I walk away. Viral video for sure with that!
@@PaperandMoose Yes!
I cant wait for the next house!❤
Your butifull eyes makes watching worth while and seeing all the treasures
I agree about the height thing and moving furniture. I’m petite and have a hard time keeping up.
One comment about whoever lived there… it would be easy to just shut the door and walk away from all the mess, and start over. They aren’t the ones dealing with it all. If it were filled with valuables, then it might be a different story for the prior tenants.
Luv'd it Renee, and love your laugh
I guess life isn't always peaches& cream..😥
We use removal straps to move big or heavy furniture. So much easier and better for your back.
Very little of a slip through
Good Team work!
The mattresses all can think of is bed bugs!
Oh, I think it's way past bedbugs! They need "hosts" to feed on and no one's been on that mattress in a while!
I am just like that, you are not alone
@@PaperandMoose Seinfeld, can't say I ever seen more than a hand full of them. Tony sound fun 👍
I have that movie who framed Roger rabbit 🐰
It's a great movie!
Never have heard that superstition!
Glad to you wearing mask
Check that painting with the trees if it's real I'm thinking two hundred maybe more not sure singed Jorgensen I think
You are not alone I am also 5,2 foot
You are not alone at all
💜 Tetris and your Center of Gravity.🌟
I like your makeup!!!!
Those mattresses look 😝
Yeah, being short is not conducive to moving large furniture, especially mattresses that don't have handles! Those are the worst. My husband laughs at me and calls me penguin arms. That's OK, I hide all the good stuff in the lower drawers and he never finds them. Lol!
Lol 😂 👍🏻. ~ Texas
None of the mattresses had handles! I wonder if that's a more "recent" thing. Certainly makes it easier to move them!
7:46 pretty sure that painting would sell at the flea market.
I hope you and taco make a profit off that clean out slot of pure trash in that old house peace
Hi Renee.
We are hoping only a few more days there! I bought more garbage bags, so ready to fill them up!
at 359_ what a beautiful bed!
Hey you are made the way you are….😂🎉
That's a shame that all that stuff is ruined.
I wish you would make longer videos.
The house of nightmares! 🕸🕷🕸
I moved an oak (rotating) DVD tower that wasn't heavy but very awkward. It was well built and someone paid 100+ but I got it for $1 cause no one wanted it. Best not to pull or stretch something even for $1.
True!

I'm 5'2"...short torso ...center of gravity is definitely not conducive to moving large pieces of furniture 😂😂😂
I really hope you guys have had all your shots! These places are scary! 🤢🤢🤢
Oh my goodness, it was hard to watch him tear up that mirror from that little chest because both of those things are worth some money.
I would line up all the cheap furniture and put it on Facebook market place and see what you get.
You’re doing well 👩🔧
Just an FYI........old suitcases sell!! TV and movie prop shops buy them.
Al Capone’s vault!
Without the hype
My question is, was it worth it? Other then being paid for grunt labor, what did any of you actually find? I do understand win some lose some, but jeez
I thought I recognized my pal Taco!! Great job both of you!
Oh I thought you were a goner when the mattress just about took you out
I think you need to find the house where you pay them, rather than they pay you...... there's a big difference!
No saving that house!!
