From the early age of 4, Darren L. Jack followed his destiny of acquiring and collecting racing memorabilia. What started out as a hobby, fueled by a passion for motorsport, eventually turned into a full-time career in collecting memorabilia and the business we know today as Hall of Fame Collection. Eventually, Darren would find his way to the center of the motor racing universe, Indianapolis and the world-famous Indy 500. A race that was first run in 1911, Darren was captivated by the history of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, its cars and its drivers. Business relationships and friendships were developed and soon the focus of his collection was centred on the winning drivers of the 500. Over time, and through a lot of hard work and dedication, items from every Indy 500 winning driver from 1956 to 2021 were added to the collection. Later on the collection expanded with the addition of IndyCar Champions and then IndyCar race winners. At present, Darren’s goal is to have race worn items (in many cases helmets, suits, gloves and boots) of any driver who has had at least one Indy 500 start. As a result, more than 350 IndyCar drivers are represented in the collection today.
Initially, Darren ran the Hall Of Fame Collection out of a space in his home, but as the collection grew the need for a larger space became more evident. He eventually found the perfect partner in Hagerty Garage + Social who graciously agreed to share space for the ever-growing museum project.
The museum is believed to house the World's Largest Collection of Race Worn memorabilia of its kind, and as racing history is rewritten with each passing season, so does the museum continue to grow. Darren isn't slowing down as he adds the latest race winners and champions to the evolving collection.

Hi hall of fame collection. I was wondering if you can help me out. I was at a carboot sale in Wales in the United Kingdom (similar to a yard sale in America) and bought a michael andretti race suit all black accept for the cuff and ankles which are white and it has a white band about a foot wide around the waist that says havoline it has Emerson radio Gillette a small bell racestar logo and Michael andretti embroidered on one side of the chest everready ppg on the other chest , cart International on one arm and energizer batteries bosch and delco battery on the other arm it's has Goodyear on the shoulder lapels kart on the back k is in red mart in blue all embroidered also another havoline logo on the back on the white wait band. Another bell racestar on the back of the neck and a nomex bell racstar on the inside of the neck. Any idea it was raceworn or what year it could have been from or what race even. Being in the u.k most people haven't any knowledge on indy car racing but apparently the woman I bought it from her husband was a diehard fan. His name is on the front lapel obviously added after so I guess either Michael gave it to him or it was from a charity auction or normal auction it's unsigned but I see no repros at all and certainly not of this quality it looks like others that I am seeing on Google images but I can't find one with black legs and chest with a white band in the centre of the suit. Help me obi 1 your my only hope. Thanks. Steve

There are pros and cons to having a museum like this one it’s definitely an awesome collection however with museums of this size or collections of this size the fans don’t get an opportunity to own some of the racing memorabilia that is there..🏁🏆😎
