What an incredible menu, everything looked so good!!! Excellent choice and looked so fresh and delicious. So glad you enjoyed. The staff seemed so friendly and accommodating.
i recommend you try a roast dinner - it's traditionally had on a Sunday in the uk and is also an opportunity for the family to get together around the dinner table and have a proper comforting meal before the week ahead! especially in this weather, nothing beats it. my favourite part is a Yorkshire pudding - it's like a bowl-shaped savoury crispy pancake (hard to describe but so comforting and delicious I promise!) I recommend finding a good pub that serves one (rather than a restaurant) for the most authentic experience :)
Hong Kong style food! Your dish looks good, and it's good they didn't over marinate the Char Siu. 👍 They have an extensive menu, and I saw they specified the restaurant is air conditioned. Glad you enjoyed, thank you for sharing, AK! 🤗

If you live in England that’s good stuff. If you’re visiting from a America it’s kind of pointless to eat that since it’s common in American big cities
What a bunch of wonderful food videos of London. If you 're still there, I highly recommend that you visit Borough Market near the Shard bldg. Also, near Borough Market is a famous cheese shop called Neal's Dairy Yard.
The roast pork looked tender, delicious and natural. The roast pig, as you pointed out, had 3 layers of texture (crispy skin, the fat and the lean meat). The duck with the crispy skin, meat and no bones was the way to go! AK was the real piggie for not sharing! LOL.
It is fun watching you enjoy a delicious meal. I could almost taste the roast pork and duck. I think I will make this meal for Thanksgiving instead of turkey.
Duck is extremely very common in Chinese communities in America. You normally won’t see it in an Americanized Chinese restaurant though but most non Chinese people in America don’t eat in Chinese restaurants for Chinese customers so it gives it an impression that it’s rare when it’s actually not
Enjoy and cherish the asian food in london and england because it is a rarity there. There are very few asian restaurants and people in london and uk because the uk de facto adopted a policy very similar to the united states and australia in the 1800s when they excluded asian people. In the case of the uk they considered that policy up to this very except to a lesser degree. In the 1990s when hong kongnwas handed out to the PRC, the UK did not allow those asylum seekers to enter and instead diverted the few that left to the us and canada. Bear in mind in the uk they still refer to asians by the derogatory term orientals in many parts of society there.

I agree. In my opinion if visit a country you should focus on local foods rather that foods that you can find back home.
@@ramencurry6672 definitely :)
I invite you to try it and have it cooked by my mum, proper English roast dinner awaiting for you AK.
Sounds like something I have to try

That's awesome!
I'm glad you got the duck; not too many opportunities to eat duck usually.

What kind of gimbal are you using to record the menu?
I'm I missing something with the 3 meat dish. If one is pork and one is pig, that shouldn't count as two since that's the same thing.
My question also, thanks for asking because I wasn't brave enough🤗
Mmmmm.
Random observation but your skin is gorgeous!
👍👍🖐
There's a YT channel, Travel 000, and you're eating at 2:47 into the video. It's titled "Where Does the Asian population live"
The difference between roast pork and roast pig?
