I personally loved the hyper reality. Intensity was pretty as well, but I like you like the fact you can see the full spectrum of colors

I love multichromes so much. My first taste of it was over 10 years ago when I got a blue/green/bronze shift polish called "gold rush" from the Gap. I ended up getting rid of it because it was before I learned about thinning polishes to restore them, so that's a very big polish regret I have. I recently got a multichrome from DRK Nails, and I think you'd really love the intensity of their multichromes. Unfortunately for me, they're more focused on selling nail polish making kits and powders than polishes, but just throwing it out there. Thank you for the swatch and review!

Hi Kelli. On camera, we can really see the fuller range of color that each polish displays in the bottle. Because of the light hitting the squared corners of the bottle, more shows up. I pause the video/replay at a slower speed to get a better look.

Man...I was tryin to dupe Live Love Polish "Sphinx" with KB Shimmer "Flip Flop Horray." The formula on KB's is not my favorite, doesn't level at all. Wish I'd have waited, because "Intensity" looks like a smoother polish. 🫠@@KelliMarissa
I Scream did a good job overall with this collection and Hyper Reality was my favorite, but I'd like to see them do some different color combinations since the first three and the greens are very similar to each other. A black green would be something new on the market for an oil slick polish. We've seen so many black reds like Eclipse from ILNP or magnetics but no multichrome black green polishes.
I love polishes with gray bases so they have that blackened look!

Except for Intensity and Wraped I will say I have an equivalent to every single one haha 😅

Nothing beats a GOOD multichrome!!!
I keep looking at these as i love multichromes (also looking for polishes that match of of the glisten chroma flik multichrome eyeliners). My previous fave was from ice scream nails aurora borealis. I want the new ones so badly but my god the shipping to the UK is expensive. I still may get them as soon as there is a decent discount.
In terms of uk indie polishes have you seen prism polish (really great fun formulas) and ardas nails (did a great multichrome collection back in the day too)? So good and for prism polish you can buy the collection in minis which helps me justify buying them
I love I Scream polishes. They have a breathable top coat and base coat too.

I am the exact same way! I hate sitting around knowing I have to get to the airport in the evening, much better to get ready, sleep, wake up and go! I didn’t know they’re sometimes more expensive though, I’ll have to pay more attention next time.
Late flight all the way, get on the plane and sleep! From Oz it’s a 5-15hr fight to anywhere though so it just feels like a shorter flight which is great
I think the multi chrome I like the most in my collection is one from KBshimmer.
ILNP, KB Shimmer, and Colour Club have done these, already. Cirque has done some, too. I know. I have them, LOL.
Fun fact question: Late flights, all the way. First of all, I have never in my life been a morning person. I hate getting up in the morning. But there are other great reasons for taking the late flights: You want to avoid screaming brats? Faster times through TSA and shorter lines at the plane? Then take the red--eye. The later you go, the less traffic you'll face, too. You can sleep on the plane, and you're more likely to have a chance at some leg room for it, and what helps is that you're more likely to nail an upgrade to business or first class. In my experience, flight attendants tend to give better service on the late flights as well. Even if I land somewhere at 3 am, I can get a taxi to where I'm staying with zero traffic. Hotel check-in is usually faster when I get there than it is during the day. Since I call ahead to notify the hotel I'm landing at X bizarro hour, they don't book it to someone else during their busiest hours. I don't have to wait for a rando check-in time, or for the maids to get the room cleaned. The latter means no lingering chemical scents from the cleaning chemicals--always a bonus.
Early morning flights mean a bad night's sleep, because you tend to fret over the packing at exactly the time when you're needing to unwind. You keep getting up to double check that you packed your toothpaste, or your pbone charger, or Auntie's birthday present, or whatever. And that's when you're not tossing and turning from the worry that you've forgot the alarm, or that you'll sleep through it and not make the flight at all. And the traffic....Even at 5 am in some places, traffic is already ugly. Nine or ten pm? Not so much.
So late flight for me, whenever possible..
100% agree. I hate the anxiety of flying, so get me on and off ASAP!

I have a few i scream nail polishes but I haven't tried the plus range. I do find the ice cream cone tops a bit hard to open so if you have mobility issues in your hands they might be tricky. I also find I can't layer them over or under other brands. For some reason it never dries fully and stay tacky. Over its own brand it fine just not others.
I’m always looking for a shifty two-coat multichrome polish. It’s a shame that the camera doesn’t pick up all the shiftiness, but that just makes me more curious about what these look like in person. I think Gravitation and Warped are calling my name, but they all are pretty.

I ended up buying Cirque’s multichromes. It’s a fun finish. These look like they might be a shade lighter than those, but it’s hard to tell w/out a sidexside.

It's gonna take a lot to pull me away from my Cirque and Mooncat multichromes, but that Speed of Light might just do it. Totally remember looking at my nail polish in my parents' pool as a kid.
Ohhh I don't think I've ever tried Mooncat multichromes (unless we count the recent sirens polishes) 👀

Oh, the last time I saw anything like this (outside of ILNP) was when MAC and Orly put out multichrome collections like this (like 2010-2012ish?). I had the Orlys - they needed 3-5 coats. Still waiting for them to thicken up, lol.

@@KelliMarissa Google Orly Cosmic FX collection. Multichrome shimmers. MAC did the same pigments, but it was a Maleficent-themed collection. Fantastic stuff, but soooo thin.

I have a question... i did my nails with base coat, gel polish and then top coat and went to the lake next day... by the time i left the lake my polish had peeled off... is this normal? I was so sad
Did you use a gel base and gel top coat? Prolonged submergence in water can cause nail polish to peel up but it is less likely to happen with gel!

Yes and they're amazing too! Honestly most brands have multichromes 😅 I Scream Nails did a set in their regular formula with the ice cream caps years ago too! But this formula is a great new option 🤗

I still think the "up to 14 days wear" thing feels like a fake selling point. I've yet to find any polish which didn't last that long. I tend to get 21 days out of most polishes. And that's with using a cheap 2 in 1 base coat & top coat rather than separate products. Their regular line lasts at least that long.
It's definitely dependant on the person/nail chemistry, I'd say you're definitely an outlier in that respect because the majority of people get around a week of wear time (and people like me with oily nails tend to get around four days of wear time haha)!
