Tara, Aunt Shwami might consider a tiny house from Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport TN. Very affordable but completely insulated with finished bathroom and kitchen.

I think getting a shed without a porch would be better you can build a deck later. Give her more room. Id want a 30' atleast.

It will be well worth it!🏡 What a nice man at Elite Lawn Care, who worked with Aunt Swami to make sure she was able to choose exactly what she wanted. God bless that wonderful man! [Christmas is coming, Jason. I know what Santa might bring you: A personal breathalyzer (on account of that case of Blatz Light in the back of your ATV -- I watch those Natural State videos of the AR Staties), and just for loads of fun, a battery powered "tooting" machine. It is a must for every gathering!]

Hi everybody, I'm glad you got me away from the news it was so depressing now I'm out in the country good got a smile on me instead of depressed look and yesterday I was crying so. My dad always said no news is good news. I can't wait for the rest of the beans to come out and see her little home and to see the rest of this to see those two big trees come down when you first showed about taking that one tree down with one hand I thought I'm impressed I didn't know that Swami had cut it down at the bottom

Hey Jason on those sheds you showed us, if this was me make sure the house has a double top plate stiffens up the framing I'm not a fan of single top plate. There is a possibility that my father-in law could be moving on the homestead and doing a sheds to house set up. I can't wait to see more.

LOL she had cut it at the bottom and then you pulled it with one hand and then I thought he's going to pull that tree down with one hand and then you use two and I said oh you used to but then I then when you showed the full filming or I don't know if that's the right word but that she had cut it and that's how you were able to pull it down but I know you're strong but that would be pretty strong to take a tree down with one hand .
