How do you tell imagepro that one object is actually two or more objects clustered and stuck together? It gives me one big area but I want to turn that big cluster into individual objects so that I get their individual areas. Thanks!

When I measure mean diameter of colonies on plates, what is the unit of measurement?

All measurements are reported in Pixels unless a Spatial Calibration is created and applied to the image. - Scott
