What can I say? This was a great podcast with Dustin! Dustin's thoughts were spot on... have a vision (write it down) and understanding that business is taking care of people (not babysitting but an act of provision - which is a gift). What Dustin may not know is that even though he invested into this small company here in Asia, and we are still in "the grind" of business, making pivots and adjustments, he has provided a way for me as an entrepreneur to grow and learn. In the last 4 years, I've also been helping other businesses here grow as well. This all came through faith and investment in someone like me (people) who Dustin invested in (along with countless of others). This has a ripple effect into other businesses who have vision and are growing. Investment is not just money, but also intentionality, time, mentorship, and a pursuit of what may come out of it.
