both are good but calf raises will only improve your calf muscle whereas skipping not only improve your calf muscle but also improves your stamina and concentration so from my side skipping is good....if you can....try doing 18 to 20 reps of 3 sets of calf raises after skipping

Sir inted of skipping we can use calf raises
both are good but calf raises will only improve your calf muscle whereas skipping not only improve your calf muscle but also improves your stamina and concentration so from my side skipping is good....if you can....try doing 18 to 20 reps of 3 sets of calf raises after skipping
