The arcana itself is just a head slot item, the King Kringle Bundle contains both the Frostivus set & also the Arcana if you do not already own it. You can purchase the frostivus items separately, and use them with or without the arcana.
@@riemalco7397 I would like to add, that it seems valve is changing the Arcanas, making them bakground items. Please look at Pudge and Jugger changes from the latest patch.
Sorry but most of these Frost bloom items look like crap. The newer golden glow is ok, but these are just really bad. I got 3 drops and bought one and I am very disappointed in them. I am always astonished have people act as if these items are great just because they are expensive.
I understand your opinion, but I really like frostbloom. If you do prefer gold glow, then for these items I’m sure you would like snowdrift, it’s a much more subtle take on frostbloom and is like gold glow but in blue. I like frostbloom because unusuals should stand out and be very present on the hero and I think frostbloom does that best but I can’t understand why people find it obnoxious.

It's not easily possible. I have had to mod the game.
