Didn't know TB has this many prismatic gems, i thought its only 8-9 color 😮
Back then when the Manifold Paradox or Nemessis event happened, I traded my PA Arcana for the Creator's Light courier. In 2018, I got the Techies Arcana from the Battle Pass and immediately traded it for the TB Arcana, then applied Creator's Light. My best investment ever! xD
Creators light is definitely one of the few safe investment gems. It consistently sells for somewhat close to its entire value whilst socketed into arcanas. Most other gems struggle to stay valuable once placed.
The list is very short but is mostly creators light, rubiline is the main one, plushy shag and cursed black.
I got cursed black for mine way back, I kinda like how it makes it look completely unique to literally any other gem available.
Very unique gem and super safe investment wise, cursed black regularly sells socketed inside arcana’s above its value. The black gem looks awesome in the witch doctor ward.
I picked up the Verdant Green prismatic gem around 2017. The other gems weren't that expensive back then so I chose my favorite color haha!
Yeah these prices aren’t very reflective of their actual value for TB arcana. Any gem that looks good probably exists on the steam market already socketed into an Arcana and those prices are hard to track. So this made the most sense.

Got explosive burst as it's 1:1 with the gold. Best 12 bucks I spent on a gem.
Very close, Midas Gold has a total brightness of 478 vs 430 explosive burst. The difference is mostly made up from green hue.
Could you do a video showing the metamorphosis attacks effects with these gems ? I am sure most of the people that wanna buy prismatic gems wanna see that the most
@@destruction392 I started working on clips with the other cosmetics on and using sunder, but I’ve got other stuff I’d rather work on right now honestly. There is no place to see these gems at all together and this is a good enough resource to get an idea which gem to buy for now. I appreciate the suggestion though.

Hello, please explain how you add more than 24 heroes to 1 map? Can I do this too?
I'm using a combination of the Custom Game Development Kit, Source Film Maker and the Unpacked Dota VPK.
There's probably an easy way to just spawn unlimited heros, but I'm focused on the cosmetics so I'm not sure. It's taken me months to get this to a point where I can make these videos.

How to find a color gem for TB if I do not want to spend money? Or am I must spend money in order to get it from the community market?
Congrats! :) You'd have to buy the gem on the market, they drop from unusual couriers which are unboxed in old(expensive) treasures.
But let me explain, your arcana is Trade/Market locked forever because of candyworks. When you buy a market gem and place it in the Arcana, you still cannot sell or trade the arcana, and the only way to get the gem back is to destroy the arcana item. But you'll get the gem back and the gem will be tradable and marketable. So if it's a cheap gem close to the arcana cost, it might make sense to just look for an arcana with a different color on the market. I'll leave the links below for searches of the arcana without the default color.

2:33 my biggest disappointment in this universe that black physically can't glow.
Every gem is just 256,256,256 Red Green Blue values, creators light is max values 256,256,256 making it extremely bright, cursed black is 6,6,6 so it’s super dim and in many cases on couriers invisible.
Can you still extract the gems from Candyshop arcanas?
You can extract the gem, but the gem will have the restrictions that of the arcana. Unmarketable and untradable.
So if you take a candyworks Explosive burst gem from techies, and place it into a market bought TB arcana - the TB arcana will be untradable and unmarketable unless you overwrite the gem.
If you place a market bought gem into a candyworks arcana, the gem will be still marketable if you extract it by destroying the arcana. So the only thing that makes sense if if you get a TB arcana or Techies from candyworks and want to try a cheap gem in it.
Item restrictions will follow the gem.

Extracting Prismatic gems destroys the item they're contained in - you can replace a gem with another, but it destroys the original gem.
Most expensive is legacy arcanas , they don’t have colour name only numbers of colours
Yeah, but legacy gems aren't on the market due to lack of supply. You can find maybe one socketed in an arcana on the market but rarely more than that and often it's just a shitty looking color. They were randomly generated 256,256,256 RGB values.

You could buy the gem separately but it would probably cost more.

The color of your arcana is dictated by the Prismatic Gem socketed in the item. These gems are originally from unboxing unusual couriers in old dota chests. You can buy the color gems on the market.

I missed two gems because there were no current market listings for them, and there very rarely are.

Glacial Flow & Pristine Platinum - they're both very rare and expensive because you have to destroy an unusual Platinum Baby Roshan or an Unusual Ice Baby Roshan to obtain the gem to put into the arcana. My bad though.
