you gotta start train against the wall then to the 45 angle of the ground then train in a ground. Thats how you can adapt in every angle from stand, wall/shield & ground. But that is only the beginning because it just only wrist & elbow joint lock. Not to mention the punishing lock in general
So nice of you to add some input. Have you seen my Chin Na Playlist? I hope you watch more of my videos. Please keep your comments coming. They help motivate us.
People, please don't try this in self defense. These flow drills are meant to teach the locks, not how to actually do them in a real fight. these locks are real and the do work, but not in the situations they show in self defense videos. learn to fight before you actually attempt any of them in a fight.
Absolutely true. These are meant for people wanting to increase their knowledge of fighting. These are flow drills meant to bring high repetition, timing, distance and rhythm. However, any fighter, not training in flow drills, is a fighter, less capable than they could be. Thanks for commenting. See what you think of this. th-cam.com/video/WcDELmdTc6Q/w-d-xo.html
It’s just a drill to help you learn more about joint locks. Flow drills are great. Get a partner and just try on or two locks first. Looping the drill helps you get better through the increase of repetition.
Love your demos
Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks for the Chin Na Flow drills guys. Very effective.

Hey William, thanks again for the nice comments. We are going to try to keep them up.
What a great flow, where each partner doesn’t feel like they’re“waiting their turn” and more like they’re waiting to be told to stop flowing!
Yes, thanks for your comment. Flow training should be fluid and focus on feeling the rhythm and timing. It’s not a competitive thing 👍✅
Brilliantly done..
Thank you very much. It’s appreciated 🤟
Just subscribed From South TX. Very Nice Work Sir's !!! Researching Chin-Na as ancient knowledge for an new day. Thank you.

Can you make a video if someone wrist locks in a ground how to counter or escape? Can you please make a video?
I’d love to see this idea too, please. Thank you.
I’d be happy too.
How to counter or escape if someone locks your joint elbow or wrist in a ground?
