    This must be a joke!
I have been to 24 countries, 43 states in the U.S and two provinces in Canada.
I have lived in Farmington, Michigan which is a 20 minutes drive from Detroit City.
I can seem some really rough places. Abondoned houses and factories in cities and poverty in rural America.
On the other hand I have been to many great and beautiful places, and met wonderful people.
I have lived in Mellunmäki, Helsinki, Finland for 20 years. This is a very tranquile and peaceful area. I have never experienced or seen any violence.
Mellunmäki is near the nature, yet has good connections either to downtown Helsinki by subway or elsewhere by cleañ and safe buses or by car.
The area is developing by building new appartment homes, row-houses, duplexis and single-family houses.
A light-rail will be built from Mellunmäki subway terminal/bus station north-west bound towards the Helsinki International airport.
So, there are lots of good things coming up here in this bird's nest.

Helsinki is doing pretty good if that is "dangerous" by Finnish standards
